I just got off the phone with this unhelpfulMan... hung up on me because I wasn't available on the day he wanted to come over for the estimate. Did not even give me a chance to suggest another day, perhaps next week ?? ""how am I supposed to do the work if you aren't there"" click!... 25 years of supposed experience haven't taught him about costumer service.
