I called rob before hurricane irma to see if he would be able to put up my hurricane shutters. The job required a drill and an extension ladder. He said he did not have the ladder but he could get one. In the few days leading up I had recommended rob to put up shutters for a neighbor and a co worker. They were both so relieved to have found someone help out. Come Friday afternoon before the hurricane, I had not heard from rob. I sent him a text and he said he could not find any ladders. My co worker and I found a ladder at a hardware store and offered to buy it. Rob did not respond to any of my texts or calls after expressing that he could not find ladder. At that point all 3 of us were in a panic! I get awful that I had recommended rob to others. He was so friendly on the phone but it really did not end up working out. It would have been nice if he could have let us know he wasn't going to be able to get the job done.

Rob is awesome! He can do just about anything you throw at him. Excellent work ethics. Do not hesitate to call him..he will actually call you back and show up to work!

Trying to be fair but this was my experience. called days in advance for an appointment for a quote. Day of the quote Got a call gonna be late because doing work for landlord, then as the time approached another call pushing me back again until 3. With a lot of small chores for handyman that a single mom battling an advancing disease that has put my heart at risk. WHen meeting both Rob and heather I thought they were nice. However I won't even discuss the interview details; then tells me he can't come until 6/4 or 6/6 and then I said well I told you I needed a faster response when I made the appointment but I had no choice so I said fine and then he tells me his assistance heather will put together a quote and send later that night so we could get started on his next opening in June. Nothing ever received; I called days later figuring the holiday weekend etc so I was trying to be fair, and left a message. His assistant Heather calls me today and says they decided not to take my case since I have such a tight timeline and that they were really sorry. Oh forgot to address this I was quoted 30 hour or a total job quote which he said no hourly after walking the job and then I was told 40 on the quote because his assistance needed to be paid...... I was willing to pay, guess they didn't want the 600 I paid another handyman who rushed out this afternoon to take up where they never delivered and he got it all done except the painting and the barn door hung. Good luck to others. Im sure he is good but I wouldn't know because he didn't follow through. I was warned that yelp members can remove any bad reviews I wonder if he ever had any??

If you are looking for someone who can do good work at a fair price, this is the guy you want to hire. He did a ton if work for me. The quality was excellent, he was wonderful to work with and always showed up when he said he would. If I could give him 6 stars, I would. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him if you're struggling with a ""To Do"" list. Thanks to Rob, my ""To Do"" list is done!

I highly recommend Rob for your handyman needs. I had several awnings come loose due to high winds. Some were on the second floor. He quickly secured the awnings and checked the remaining 12 on the property. He was friendly and responsive. In addition he showed up exactly when he said he would.

Rob gave me a very fair price (best I found) to clean my gutters. He came over the same day I called, had a ladder, and climbed up and did a great job on my gutters. He also pointed out a rotten spot on my roof I wouldn't have known about unless he had told me. Very nice guy, super hard worker, and I would definitely recommend him for any job.

Unprofessional, inexperienced and poor customer service and follow up. We had a closet shelf put in and 1/4 round molding put in. The contractor left drywall dust everywhere. I have never seen anything like it before. The molding did not match the existing molding. Contractor claims he is color blind. Said problem would be fixed on a certain date but never showed up or called and did not respond to my calls or texts for about a week. Contractor said his phone fell in the toilet and he did not have my address or number even though he had completed contract work for me and should have had all necessary paperwork with my information. He got a new phone and contacted me back saying he would fix the problem. I asked if I could get back to him in a few days with a new date but when I did he again failed to respond. I wouldn't recommend this contractor to anyone.

With less than two hours of notice, Rob made a lengthy trip to help me pick up a washer and dryer, basically new, that were being sold at a steal. Lot of miles, lot of work. He picked me up, took me to the spot, picked up the washer and dryer, then removed the old units from my house, installed a compatible plug into my dryer and had everything up and running in practically no time at all.
I cannot recommend Rob enough.

Rob helped me with moving one bedroom of stuff on a very short notice. He moved everything very professionally and very fast!! I could tell that Rob was a nice person who does an honest day's work. His rate was also very affordable. Thanks!
