HandyCrew doesn't answer their phone, and doesn't respond to messages left. They didn't show for an appt today and didn't call to cancel. I'm unable to reach them by phone. Customer service is non-existent. Go with any other company.

I cannot say enough about Nir and his crew. Turned my vision into reality. Showed up on time, and kept everything clean and were super courteous and respectful. They also understood where a budget is a budget and sometimes, as much as you want to redo your whole house, one project at a time. The others that came out to quote just wanted to do everything or nothing. Will happily be reaching out for the next project and referring my friends.

Called last week to get several things in my home done. 1 in particular was the installation of a hood vent and cabinet in the kitchen. Aldo, came out gave me and estimate and got all the measurements.

The following day, I was able to provide the cabinet and called to let them know I got the cabinet so there was no need to build it from scratch.

I called Aldo, to check on the start date for his subcontractor. He says to me ""Sorry, you'll need to call the office and talk to the owner ""Nir"". He is upset about the changes. "" So I call the office, talk to the receptionist she said she would give Nir the message to call me back.

Long story short, Nir never called me back nor did Aldo. Apparently, the project wasn't big enough, changes aren't allowed.

Last I checked the name of the company was ""Handycrew"". Unreliable and definitely out to get your money. FYI, they charge outrageous prices.

They set up an appointment with me through Angie's List for an estimate, gave a two hour window that we had to be home, then totally forgot about the appointment. Very unprofessional behavior.

They are excellent! We had a ton of work to do in our new house and we used Nir and his team! They were incredibly professional and got our house ready by the time we fully moved in. We had a lot to do too:
- New front door
- New back door
- Patch closet wall in one of the bedrooms
- Converted master closet into larger closet with sliding door
- Upgraded our electrical circuit
- Installed Ring and Ring Outdoor cameras
- Relocated water heater
- Relocated laundry hookups
- Added electrical outlet above the fireplace
- Demolished a wall that wasn't needed in the garage

and I'm sure I'm forgetting some stuff too, but as you can see it was a lot. They did everything quickly, efficiently, and professionaly.

Hands down I would recommend them (and will be using them again shortly for a few more projects).

Outstanding work! 5 Stars all the way from beginning to wrap up. HandyCrew tiled 3 bathrooms and a laundry area and we are beyond impressed. The crew Francisco and Juan were extremely professional, kind, polite, clean, skilled, on time and handled the job with expertise and beautiful artistry. HandyCrew is hired from here on out for any remodeling, repairs or home improvement. They also have great competitive prices! Aldo the Estimator was awesome too! HandyCrew Services just completed the complete remodel of all three bathrooms in our home plus an interior hallway. They can be summed up in one word: OUTSTANDING!

The owner and operator, Nir Bezalel, is personable, likable, knowledgeable, experienced, dependable, and most importantly honest.

The HandyCrew Services team are all extremely professional and do excellent work. They take pride in their work and don't seem to consider a task satisfactory or complete until it meets their very exacting standards. They pay attention to detail and seek input from you when performing specialized portions of the job to make sure your preferences are considered and performed.

HandyCrew Services was recommended to us by our professional plumber, who is also a close family friend. After dealing with other contractors in the past, Nir Bezalel and his HandyCrew team were a breath of fresh air. It's rare to find an honest contractor, who is responsible, who is accessible (we communicated frequently over the course of our projects by text and phone), and dependable. If Nir tells you something, you can count on the fact that he's going to do it. His team shows up on time, does fantastic work, and are both highly skilled and professional.

If this review seems overly positive, it's only because we had such a wonderful experience with HandyCrew Services with our bathroom remodels that we plan to use them again soon for a complete kitchen remodel. Using them again is the highest compliment and endorsement we can give.

If you're seeking a contractor for your project, big or small (they literally can do just about anything), you should call Nir at HandyCrew and get an estimate for your job. You will not be disappointed.

Handycrew Services was hired by our contractor to correct a floor damaged during a kitchen remodel. Juan arrived on time and he was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and diligent. He carefully and meticulously replaced our damaged laminate planks and cleaned up the entire area when he was finished. We will definitely call this company again and will probably request Juan.
