Bill was AMAZING! I loved having him in my house and going through step-by-step what I wanted done. He gave me some pointers on things around the house, which I appreciated because I am a DIYer and loved how open he was to a homeowner doing a few items here and there to cut costs. I was really, REALLY hoping the estimate would be in my price range because I greatly enjoyed his knowledge-base and his willingness to work around a few flaws of my home (I mean...is anyone's house really ""easy"" - I feel like there will always be something wonky going on!!). Unfortunately, the estimate was much more than I am able to spend right now, so I am pursuing another offer. However, Bill gave me a really great estimate on a future project and I'll probably take them up on that service once my ""main"" project is complete.

I can't say enough good things about this family business, but I'll try. This is how a top notch business used to operate, back in the day of cord phones and phone booths. I asked for quotes to do a few plumbing items around my house on Yelp-- changing a kitchen faucet, resetting a toilet, changing out two sink drain stopper assemblies. It's a great Yelp feature-- they automatically send your scope of work to about ten handymen and you hear back from them with estimates either to your cellphone if you give a number or to your Yelp account. I heard back from several handymen quoting a fixed price. Tammy at Handy Randy, who schedules the jobs and estimates, was the only person who wrote back to my Yelp account and gave an hourly labor rate and an estimate of the time to do the job. Needless to say, it was the most reasonable figure. And Handy Randy had the most Yelp rave reviews by far-- and as I later found out, for good reason. I called Tammy and she scheduled an appointment for one of the men to come out and do the job. I told her that I would buy all my own parts and had everything ready in advance--cleaned out all items from under the sink so they could work unimpeded. Bob, one of the brothers that own this tremendous family business, showed up exactly on time. A super nice guy, he was neat as a pin and could not have been more pleasant and professional. He got right to work, no nonsense, and worked non stop to finish the project. In the course of the job, I found out I needed a different part and ran to the Ace Hardware and picked it up while Bob kept working on a different item. Bob finished the job in less than the estimated time and cleaned up the work spaces better than before he came and hauled away the old junk. I could NOT have asked for better customer satisfaction than I got from these folks. Being about as handy myself as a chimp with ten thumbs, I am making a list of the projects I want Handy Randy to take care of around my house. When in doubt of what it will take to do a job, Bob told me his brother Bill will come out and give an estimate. Bob shared that their family moved here from the Midwest and for those of us who come from there, we know that means honest work that they take pride in. The one downside is that they are busy as cats in a rocking chair factory, because they are that good and their price is very fair. So if you don't have a 24-hour emergency, like a 1 inch water line break, give them a call. You'll be singing their praise like I am!

Best handyman service ever! I needed a fire pit put together for our back yard and Greg got it done in 30 minutes! Super efficient, clean, though. Highly recommend if you're looking for the best.

I had Handy Randy do work on three past occasions. Each time, the work was professionally done and at a fair price. I recommended them to friends and neighbors.

I called for an hour or two of miscellaneous work to be done and their first availability was TEN WEEKS out!!!

Who can wait ten weeks for a handyman? Love these guys but found someone else.

Bill and Bob were absolutely fabulous. They helped us switch out some pendant lights, install new light fixtures and a ceiling fan, hang some flat screen TVs and hang a barn door. Very friendly people who are easy to work with and reasonable pricing. We would definitely hire them again

I called this place to ask about repairing my fence. The lady that picked up the phone was not nice at all. After I told her what I need fixed, she told me that they can fix it BUT their first available appointment to just go take a look and give an estimate is not until August, a solid one and half months out.

I realize that my repairs job is very small, and perhaps the business wants to make more money on larger jobs, but I have to say this kind of customer service is not very good.

We hired Handy Randy to replace tracking for sliding closet doors, install shelves on a half wall, replace the floor beneath the kitchen sink, recaulk the bathroom counter, and install new flooring in the closet in our new condo. We could not be happier with the entire process. First, they are great about getting back to you. Second, Bill and Bob were absolutely fantastic to work with and my wife and I enjoyed how friendly and professional they were. We also loved how fair their pricing was, including a free initial consultation. And finally, the end results were awesome. Each project they completed, 4 in total, exceeded our expectations. (We're still figuring out the tracking system)and as a bonus only took about half a business day to complete. We could not recommend this company enough and will hire them in the future for any repairs.

Bill, Greg, Bob, and Tammy over-the-phone were the best! Handy Randy is a well-oiled family business with honest, kind, and knowledgable folks. Thanks guys for helping our family out with our 1952 house, and we look forward to future business with you. My 'honey do' list has become a lot easier to manage now, thanks to Handy Randy. If you need a handyman, then look no further. They are your guys, seriously.

Bill, spent a good amount of time showing my wife and I all the things throughout the house that we can do to save money. This specific project was dry rot and replacing eaves. Greg, Bill's son, and Bob, Bill's brother, came in ready to work with no time to waste. Funny guys, great team. Can't forget Tammy on the phone taking care of all the logistics.

We are so thankful we found Handy Randy. My father and other friends/family are planning to use them as well. My wife has already committed our next tax return check to a Handy Randy project.
