I usually don't write review at all but the experience with this company really is horrible. I do have to say it started well on the phone when I made an appointment with the nice lady Tammy on the phone and had to reschedule and the handyman did arrived at my tenant's place on time for the estimate. 2 stars because of this or else it would be a 1 star. After the estimate it's where everything went downhill. I was suppose to get a call for all the works that need to be done and nothing for 3 days so I decided to call and left two messages with no call back. A week gone by I finally got Tammy on the phone after several calls and she told me she has not heard back from the handyman so she will text him and get back to me the same day. What do you know, no callback for another two days. I called again and was informed by Tammy again that she will text the handyman to get an answer. I told Tammy all I need to know is how much and if they don't want to do the job that's fine and just let me know then I will move on to another company. She said she understood and will get back to me as soon as she hears something back. Now it's end of the week, two weeks after the appointment and I still have not hear back on what's going on and gotten an estimate. I don't understand how a business can run like this with no communication with the customer. I don't know why Tammy cannot just call the handyman and ask what's going on instead of texting. This wasted two weeks of my time on top of the two week wait time for the appointment and now I have to start over with another company. Very unprofessional and irresponsible.

I found Handy Randy on Yelp, and can't believe my good luck that I called these guys. I was told that they are normally busy about 3 weeks ahead - so you need to schedule in advance - but good quality work at a fair price is worth the wait. They were actually able to squeeze me in the following week that I called, as my job was just a small one - estimated to be just an hour. I had a broken wooden bed frame (my teenager jumped on the bed one time too many) and Bill Larson came out to repair it. He got right to work, and fixed it in an hour. His rates to fix the bed were amazingly fair. Bill is a super nice guy, and seems to really know his stuff. From what I gather, he's more than just your average handyman. He seems to be a very knowledgeable guy, and I'm definitely going to use him for future projects. As a matter of fact, I was showing him some plumbing projects that I'd like to get taken care of, and he had some excellent ideas on how to get the job done -- much better ideas than some of the full-time plumbers that I've talked with. And I know that Bill will be fair with me on the price of the work, unlike many others.

What a great experience! Bill and Bob came out to repair our steps on an outside staircase. The steps had come loose and one actually broke. They replaced one and reset the rest. What a difference! Feel way more comfortable walking up and down the steps!
Bill was friendly each time I spoke with him. They were prompt, friendly, professional and fairly priced. Will definitely recommend and use again! Thanks for a job well done!!

We had to replace some siding because of a plumbing leak in front of the kitchen. The wood had to be milled as this siding is no longer being made. Greg arrived and went to work on replacing the ship lap siding. The problem was there was several pipes coming outside from the kitchen that had to be cut into the wood. It was tricky to get the holes to line up properly and then cutting the board to get the pipes to slide into the board. They did a beautiful job and screwed the boards on, incase we have another plumbing problem they can be taken off with out breaking them. They then replaced a faucet in the kitchen and did a beautiful job.

I can say that Handy Randy did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone. Very nice people to work with. They also return phone calls and were on time.

Handy Randy was a life saver!

We are selling our house and we are 3 days away from an open house when the light in the master bathroom stopped working. I explained the situation we were in and Greg showed up the next day even though they were fully booked with work. I am so glad he did because we now have a working light in time for the open house! I took advantage of the situation while he was there I started asking him roughly how much it would cost to do some other work before we sold the house. I loved his honesty. He told me where we thought we would see some return on our investment and where we shouldn't spend any more money.

If we need anything done in the new place, Handy randy will be my first call.

Greg and his team are the best!! They go the extra mile and are extremely professional, personable, competent and honest. A small follow-up issue was fixed promptly and without any charge. No questions asked. He even fixed something else that was a completely new project and would not accept any payment that I offered! I have never worked with such a great handy man/ craftsman team. Would recommend to anyone.

After looking for a handyman for several years and having been unsuccessful with people not showing up or prices being very expensive for the quality of work performed we were so excited to find Greg and Handy Randy. Had a great couple of experiences with projects at two locations and loved the advice and the concern about jobs being done the most effectively and most cost efficiently as well. Handy Randy has helped me on two occasions. The first was doing several ""honey do"" projects around the house and everything went perfectly. The other project was to rebuild a mailbox post I share with my neighbors. At first, I was not as happy with the end result.... But here's what makes handy Randy so great - they truly warranty all their work! Greg was so professional and understanding. Most of all, he was committed to making me happy. Ultimately, the finished product came out looking great. These are really honest, ethical guys and I will continue to use them.

Just had Greg over to replace my shower fixtures and he did a wonderful job! He was on the dot on time, communicated with me throughout the whole job and gave me some helpful tips. He was very friendly, professional and cleaned up after he left. I would recommend these guys to anyone! I will definitely be calling them again when I need something done around the house.
