Called to inquire about a project for some work. After leaving a VM & being unable to reach anyone, received a call 3 days later from a lady. Initially she apologized, & said she would call back to give more information on a date for someone to come out. After not receiving a call back, until 5 days later, said that someone wouldn't be able to come out for 3 weeks. 3 weeks pass by, never heard from anyone, and not only that but never showed up! After that being the last straw, will definitely not being using this company & would recommend if you want someone to be reliable, do not rely on them! Extremely disappointed!

Popular in Rancho Mission Viejo- Greg was able to change out my awful compact fluorescent recessed lights (required as part of a kitchen renovation 10+ years ago) and install flat, ultra thin down lights in only a few hours- he also helped me install a smart front door lock- he was overly nice to both my small dog and my elderly Mom while there as well (he is a great dog whisperer too!)

Giving this rating based on experience. Nearly impossible to reach someone. When someone actually answered (after 3 attempts), I was told I would be getting a call back. When Handy Randy finally came out, was told I would be getting a quote by end of the week which didn't end up getting until a week later. Some businesses are busy, but if you promise something fulfill your promise! Who would want to work with someone who doesn't call back!

All I can say is wow!! And really I would love to keep this comp as a secret but that's selfish because they are really awesome!! And to top it off they are nice/kind. Always a pleasure to have them in my home fixing/updating my home. Let's just say they can handle your kitchen faucet to designing a full room. No job is too small or too big for them. So happy my neighbor referred them to me. The value is unbelievable in these days where you can't leave your house without spending $$$$!! They are very reasonable and definetly will be calling them for all my home updating needs!

Not sure why this company is 5 stars. Called 3-4 times, left two different VM, and never received a call back. After calling again, someone answered and apologized and said they would call back the next day but yet never received a follow up.
How can you run a business and not answer the phone or return a call. Was hoping to give them a try. On to the next

Don't waste your time in trying to do it yourself when HR can do it right the first time. Sit back, relax and enjoy the day. You can trust you're in good hands.

We had Handy Randy take care of a few things in our new home when we lived in and they were amazing. From simple stuff like hanging a bunch of flat screen TVs to designing/installing pull out drawers for our kitchen cabinets everything was done exactly hue we wanted. Greg was also amazing at coming up with some solutions we never thought of in regards to some lighting concerns and we can't wait to have the new lights installed.

Greg and Bob are seriously the BEST in the business. They'll be realistic about what they can do and what they'd recommend. I would always take their first recommendation on anything because they really know what they're doing. We had them work on a few things actually which was wonderful because we didn't have to contact multiple contractors for the various projects we wanted in the house. We had a pretty complex wall that we wanted to replicate from one of the model homes in our neighborhood and they replicated it so perfectly. They also did an electrical outlet, put chandeliers in, and painted. We also will have them replacing a toilet and installing bidets soon. Reach out to them!!! They're so reasonable when it comes to cost and will give a realistic quote.
