I discovered my love for this work when we bought our initial home. Wanting to be frugal, we chose a fixer-upper. I started by painting the complete interior of the home. Covering walls and ceilings to the kitchen and storage, I laid flooring throughout the home and then remodeled the kitchen and bathrooms. I discovered a new talent. We then started buying dilapidated properties across the Metroplex, updating them and reselling them. Beginning as a side project, grew into a dedicated profession once we secured formal contracts.
