I don't know what we would have done without Matt! He was recommended to us for some buildback work after we had to have mold remediation done. We were so impressed with his (and Mary's) prompt and professional communication that we hired him to do a few additional projects around our new home. His quotes were prompt and detailed. We got good vibes during the initial meeting and his communication through the entire process was perfect. The work itself was amazing. Professional, neat, detailed. We called many handyman services, many of whom were side giggers who were rude or couldn't do half of what we needed. The rest were wannabe contractors who would only sign up for major projects or remodels. One guy showed up, did half the job and never came back although we had prepaid for the whole job. We had to hire a plumber to fix the mess he made.

We eventually found Handy Matt. He shows up on time, after sending you an SMS appointment confirmation. He reviews all your needs and provides you with an estimate before even starting work. He's tackled everything from minor repairs, electrical and plumbing, ceiling fan installation, painting projects, and doesn't consider changing a light bulb beneath him. Works very clean and doesn't leave a mess behind him like so many other workers do. He's worked at our office twice and our house once. And doesn't mind the dogs, either.

Very unprofessional. I took the day off work and my appointment was confirmed. I was waiting for him to show up and he never showed up so I texted him and realized I was blocked. There was no communication at all as to why I was blocked. I did absolutely nothing to be blocked. I called from a different number to get ahold of him and still did not offer to come out. I told him how unprofessional it was and he said ""okay thanks"" with no explanation or apologies.

Matt helped out with a stucco and garage door washing project I had. He is great, and has a good, easy-going personality. He answered the phone when I first called, which was perfect, so I could explain the job, and he said he was willing to help me out. He sent a quote, which was very professional, so I hired him. He provided excellent electronic appointment reminders and text messages to keep me informed in advance. On the day of the job, he showed up in the morning, as requested, and did the job very well. He even cleaned two doors while he was on-site, and spent extra time to clean-up afterwards, which is so important after any job is completed. I plan to hire him again for other projects because the whole process from start to finish was simple and easy, with no stress...the way it should be. Great job, Matt!
