Excellent, and very helpful. Showed up after his 'normal business hours' and went above to fix the issue that I was having. Fixing the main outlet causing a blackout across the others, and restoring power to the rest of the affected area because of that. He has vast experience doing this, and was prepared for a lot it seemed as well! And excellent value as well.
