Tony responded to our inquiry quickly and gave us a reasonable cost estimate. He was easy to communicate to schedule the work and showed up as committed. The job consisted of three items, removing a 4X4 bolted to the garage floor, repairing attic siding, and installing a better screen cover for the crawl space. He had all the right tools and materials, worked hard and completed the job quickly. And, he stayed within his estimate. No surprises! To top it off, he was very personable. I hired Tony and Mario to replace my fascia and soffit boards around my entire home and garage and I lost a lot of money. They did not pay attention to details and did not cut the corners at a 45 degree angle which made the finish look horrible. When given the option of rectifying or calling it quits, they chose to walk away. I would not recommend their services.
