I first called Hank to come replace two light switches at 4 pm Wednesday 9/14, Hank told me he could walk me through such a simple task so he wouldn't need to charge me; which I replied I had been trying to do for 3 hours and I would still like him to come out. Hank was at my home by 4:30 pm. I also asked him if he could caulk my shower, which he said was a longer job and he could come back another time, since he was working since 6 am. While he was at my home, I showed him a bubble in ceiling above Washer/Dryer, he assessed the leak was from upstairs toilet and said he could come back out Thursday 9/22. Today he came to my home fixed the leak from the upstairs toilet. Hank is very honest and explains what the problem could be and the costs to fix.
Hank has now done three separate jobs for me:
Light switches replacement
Shower Caulking
TOILET leak
