He cleaned up after he was done and everything looks great! He also fixed our toilet paper holder for free!. He is a great handyman. Reached out to Hank and received a quick response with 2 different quotes, depending on if a certain part needed to be replaced. Had a toilet leaking and an under counter light that needed to be replaced.

Hank was on time for appointment. He worked neat and fast and told me toilet did not need the additional part so the quote was the lower of the 2. He cleaned up the work area after. The light replacement was a quick job.

1) Communication-Hank responded to our service request from the very beginning and continued to text and call us throughout. He took pictures and video and even Face Timed us from the property to show his work!
2) Competence-Hank immediately fixed the numerous items we needed fixed and went above and beyond to do any unexpected extra things that he saw that needed to be fixed!
3) Character-Hank was very patient with us throughout and did his work with excellence and integrity. He even used his contractor's discount at a certain home improvement store to save us some money and we believe he charged us a very fair market price for all the services that he provided.

It was a coincidence that I met Hank last year when the electrical problem and plumbing damage came up during my kitchen remodeling. My Contractor called him in and both problems were fixed right on the spot. Then, I had him hooked up all my appliances, replaced all switches in my house and meter boxes. Recently, I had leaks in garage from my bathroom. These were not easy to determine since they are not the leaks from the pipes. It was tricky to find the leak behind the tub backflow cover and the broken inner part of the toilet. Thank you, Hank, and be prepared for more work when I am ready to finish all my bathrooms upgrades :)
I would definitely recommend Hank because he is knowledgeable, reliable, he does quality and efficient work.

Update to my previous review; Hank and I did connect and I highly recommend him! He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, works fast and his charges are reasonable. He replaced the kitchen faucet, toilet seat, anchored large furniture in case of a major earthquake, and completed other tasks as requested. He is also prompt, honest, and keeps to his estimated quote. Pertaining to my previous review, he does his best to return all calls/texts in a timely manner. He also does excellent quality work!
