I can't say enough good things about Rick. Emailed him on Saturday, he called me about 3 hours later. We needed a wheel chair ramp built and I wanted to get an estimate. Explained what I needed and he told me what materials he would get and how much labor was going to be. Very reasonable.
Scheduled for Tuesday 9 am, at 9 am he called and let me know he would be there in about 10 minutes. He came, measured, went and bought all the materials and did the job all in about 2 hours.
After he left we decided the ramp needed an edge on it so the wheel chair wouldn't veer off the ramp so I called him and he said he'd come back the next day. He came and put the extra piece on and he also knew we were having a bit of trouble getting up over the edge so on his own he brought a piece to correct that. Return trip....no charge.

Excellent work, reasonable prices, honest service. What more can you ask for?

Rick was fantastic to work with. He returned my call within a day, confirmed his appointment both the day before and when he was on his way. He repaired a door jamb, installed a new knob and did some maintenance on my other door knobs that were sticking. He was very nice and I was impressed with the quality of his work and attention to detail. He also cleaned up the debris left from the job. Next time I need help around the house, Rick is the one I'll call.

FINALLY I had my kitchen sink fixed after 2 1/2 weeks without it, it was a nightmare for me We bought a short sale house on a as is condition and underneath the kitchen sink has a mold. ServPro (Fallbrook) took care of the mold issues and took out the drywall with mold damage, 2 side boards plus the bottom wood and dashboard. Too sad because ServPro don't rebuilt stuff. But they referred me to some of the general contractors that they're using. One contractor said the job is too small for him to handle the other one said he can but since his schedule is pretty tight he can prob. do it within 2 weeks time. Really??? I'm not gonna waste my time just to wait for him, Even thou he quoted me a lower price. So I went on Yelp to check on the handyman that gave me referrals before and that was Rick, very nice guy, responsive, honest, reasonable price, and dependable. Even thou its his first time doing this kind of job he made sure that everything is functional. He rebuilt the dry wall underneath the kitchen sink along with the side boards, bottom wood, dashboard and the kitchen faucet. He even drove all the way to Peris just to get the right wood. So Rick deserve to have my 5 stars review. Thanks again Rick! Finally my nightmare of not having a kitchen sink to use is over. Like my husband said its like brand new again :) Will attach before & after pictures.

I just moved in Lake Elsinore and needed to replace a kitchen faucet. Because of his good reviews, I called him and he installed a new kitchen faucet a couple of weeks ago. Since then, the faucet has not been running really cold water so that I called him yesterday. And he came to check the problem. But the problem was neither the installation job nor the faucet itself. It was the geothermal in this hot weather. Anyway the problem got solved by his visit. I really appreciate his prompt response and workmanship. Yes, he is really a good handyman and a good guy. It is my luck to know him in this new town.

Had a Dog door installed for new tenants moving in and Rick was great! They actually showed up to sign lease while he was doing the work and were quite impressed. Rick was quick to get back to me, replied to all my questions, and was prompt to do the job. He had to cut through stucco and did alot and it came out perfect. Rick was great! He was able to come out within 48hrs of calling. I had a wobbling ceiling fan I needed him to fix. He was fast , efficient and trustworthy. So happy I finally found a handy man. He looked at a few things for me and gave me his honest opinion. He doesn't try to up sell you. Great affordable prices as well.

I had a horrible shower that needed cleaning. He came and looked and said he could make it look like new and he loved jobs like mine. He must not have loved them too much because after the estimate he wouldn't answer my calls or emails. Finally I asked him if he wanted me to get someone else and he said yes. It would have been nice if he would have said that right off the bat instead of wasting my time.
