It's been over two weeks, never got a call back. Which I was actually disappointed after seeing the reviews. I called another company and they gave me an expectation, and they stuck to it. I just think that every company should have somebody there to answer the phone and return calls in a timely manner. And these guys did not. So I went with a different company.

Hammond Electric is the best around. I got a quote from Hammond Electric beating all other local competitors. The quote and monthly payments was spot on. I purchased (own) my system under a 12yr loan, payments are lower than what my PG&E bill from before and received my 30% rebate already. Everything that was explained to me worked out just as they said. Hammond made it simple to understand, was honest, and was strait forward about every detail. I would give Hammond a 6th star if I could because they fixed some previous additional problems I knew about in my attic from when I installed our own house fan. Hammond had his guys fix my support brace at no additional cost even though I offered to pay. I also hired Hammond to upgrade all my garage lights to LED for cost savings. They came through and beyond all the way. Before the job was completely finished, they came back out and cleaned everything up and replaced the few roof tiles that were cracked. It's been almost a year now that I have had my solar system and it's still running strong. No leaks in the roof. One of my controllers recently stopped reporting and one panel went offline. I e-mailed Hammond and he acted quickly to resolve the problem in less than a week. No papers to sign, no additional cost, I didn't even have to be home. They just got it fixed. This is what kind of business I like. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't change a thing.
