Dane at Hammerhead came highly recommended on Nextdoor and I'm glad I listened to my neighbor's recommendations. He's super responsive, very detail oriented, reliable, and just an all around nice guy. He and his assistant Greg showed up early on a Saturday and finished the job in 3.5 hours. The work looks sleek and he even helped us set up the app to ensure the charger was working properly. He is an expert at this and has EV charger install dialed in down to a science.

Dane installed a 240 volt outlet for our Tesla a while back. He was on time, communicated well, reasonably priced and did a great job. It's an older house, with old wiring and low amperage, so were particularly appreciative that Dane was very safety conscious and made sure we went with safest option, given our wiring. Since then we've talked to him about other projects and he's always been great about getting back to us with any new questions. Definitely a good guy who knows his stuff!

Hired Hammerhead to do an install of my car charger for my new Tesla. When I have to hire someone to do a job in my house, in the back of my mind, I'm always worried that the communication is going to be difficult, that the person will be unreliable in terms of timing of the appointment, and that the work will be bad, or that they'll leave a mess behind. If only everyone could be like Hammerhead. They were incredibly responsive over text and phone. Even when I had to schedule a change. They verified when they were coming just to check in, and they came exactly on time. Their work was impeccable. Fast, efficient, clean. They took the time to explain it to me, and they cleaned up afterwards. All for a really fair and reasonable price. Just a really great experience--I can't recommend them highly enough.

Found them as one of three recommended installers for a Tesla Wall Charger. Super responsive, I sent him a few pictures of the garage and fuse box, to confirm the electric setup can work, and then got an appointment a few days later. Everything was super smooth, car is happily charging.

All of the 5 star reviews are spot on. Dane was super responsive during the quotation process and made himself readily available by text and phone. Pricing was very reasonable. Dane showed up to the installation appointment on time and patiently answered all of my questions. I was debating between two locations for a Tesla charger and Dane thoroughly went through all of the pros and cons of each option. What I really appreciated was his focus on safety. We just purchased a Tesla and needed a charger installed. Tesla gave us a list of names. I tried the first one listed. They called me back, asked me a lot of questions, had me photograph the circuit breaker box and email it to them. After all this was sent I waited for them to get back to me. I got so frustrated I decided to call their second choice, Dane, at Hammerhead. Well, I called Dane, he was on his way home but said he would stop by. He stoped by, look at the location we wanted, looked at the circuit breaker box and said it was an easy job. Came two days later, installed the charger for a really nominal price. Much less expensive and easier to deal with than first company.

Dane was absolutely lovely. He was so easy going, knowledgeable and did an excellent job.He was quick, cleaned up and was amazing.Just. wish he did electrical lighting in homes! He would, definitely, be my go to person.

You will not be disappointed if you use him. I will certainly tell Tesla to refer him FIRST!

From the moment I emailed Dane for an estimate on an EV wall charger installation to the moment it was installed, the customer service was nothing short of first rate. I requested three estimates that day and he was the first to respond with an in-depth description of the information he needed to provide the appropriate estimate. Once I got back to him with that information, he gave an great estimate and offered to speak to me over the phone to answer any questions I might have. We spoke and he couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgeable. Dane and Bill, who was also super nice, came to my home and installed the unit and did a fabulous job. What a decent guy who prides himself in doing a good job for his customers. I couldn't recommend Hammerhead enough or give him enough stars!
