Elliot responded quickly to my quote request and didn't hide behind $X per hour, $X to come give an estimate etc.. I asked him specifically what it would cost with details of my needs and he was the only one to respond with a flat cost, that included parts and labor. Excellent

Once at my house, he assessed the project quickly and gave some recommendations. I left him be and he told me about 30-40 minutes. Sure enough 30 minutes later it was all set. Not only did he do what I asked, but he went above and beyond to include a break out box, shielding and connected things better than I expected.

This is what great service looks like in practice. Not telling me you're great, but showing me through actions. I've added Elliot and Halo Electric Company to my short list, on my excel spreadsheet for contractors I plan to use again and recommend to others.

Elliott and his team did a great job upgrading my electrical panel from 100 amps to 200 amps. He submitted all the appropriate permits and installed it in a timely manner. What I liked most about him was that he was very transparent giving me details of everything he was going to do. Came to replace a light fixture that would not turn on. The technician indicated that he needed to replace the ballast. When the technician finished, there was a 2 second delay from flipping the switch to when the light would actually turn on. Contacted Elliot and he told me that this was ""normal"" and that it would go away after some time of using the light fixture. They did a bum job and tried to pass it off as being normal. I came to find out that they installed the wrong ballast after speaking to a trusted contractor. He told me that this was not ""normal"" and we were being overcharged. Be careful with these guys.

I called Halo Electric to install a sub panel for my garage. I was building a gym in there and needed extra power for all of the machines. Elliot came out right away and his price was very reasonable. He even did some extra work by running wire, hanging lights and installing new outlets. Everything is working great.
