Rich Hall and his crew are the best. I had a bad jaw (a part inside the meter) per PG&E that needed to be replaced (owner responsibility, which is a huge bummer) before my solar project could proceed. I must have talked to 12 or more electricians and either they wanted to gouge me or could not find the part I needed, as it is no longer being made. Finally I talked to Rich, who said he could put a new panel/meter in for a reasonable price (other electricians said doing this would cost me 5 or more times the price). It was not easy, though, as Rich needed to talk to PG&E to figure out what work would be approved, as there is a 3-foot clearance requirement, but due to how everything in my house being located on one side, there was no room for that clearance. He did a conference call with PG&E to get it all figured out and Concord permit came out subsequently to approve the work without issues. He really helped me out and it took 2 months to find him.

He answers calls the old fashioned way, himself. Lol. But the individual attention he provides is excellent and he's honest, not in business to gouge helpless customers. He used to work at PG&E so his connections and knowledge is also extremely helpful.

I am so glad I found him (through a friend) and he is my electrician for life.
