Quick response, showed up on time and gave a reasonable estimate. Needed a couple outlets and a floodlight/camera installed. They were able to complete the job sooner than expected and left everything clean and neat. Would definitely hire these guys again for future work.

When we used our oven and microwave at the same time it would trip the breaker, turning off the oven. Hale Kai is very fast to respond, came out the day we scheduled and showed up right on time. They installed a new breaker for the oven (we live in a 50 year old building) and isolated the microwave on it's own, new breaker. All done right and in 30 minutes time! We will for sure call Hale Kai for all our electric needs going forward. Thanks guys!

Sometimes you have to leave it to the PROS.

My husband is pretty handy around the home and he wanted to fix some lights that were flickering on after the light switch was turned off, and it was going on for years, well he managed to blow out some fuses when he wired stuff backwards and at that point he said we needed some electricians to come out.

One nifty feature about Yelp is the ability to send out a message to a bunch of businesses at the same time, and we decided to go with Hale Kai due to their response time and ability to fit us in sooner than later, even if it was not an emergency situation.

While the repair was going on, I asked Forrest if it was possible to install another outlet outside because I love to decorate outdoors for Halloween and wanted to hook up a bunch of lights. I was expecting him to say that it would be impossible but he managed to find a way AND also find another problem we didn't know existed - a very dangerous problem that was left over from our old A/C installer who had not sealed the boxes securely, and water was leaking into our electrical panel!

It was a win-win all around: we got our electrical problem fixed and I got another outlet outside...YES!!! Plus the price was fair and Forrest and Dan did an amazing job (and potentially stopped a DISASTER from happening). They were great at communicating, cleaned up after themselves, reliable, professional and friendly and got the job done and fixed the problems and then some!

I would not hesitate to recommend these guys 100% again to anyone who needs electrical work done.
