Well, so far I score 5stars. They came out 2 days from me calling them.
I can't judge on price yet, for the tech could not give pricing, so I won't know till I receive the bill. But it was not a big job, so there should not be a whole lot of money?
The technician was very polite, easy to speak to, and a complete gentleman.
I will definitely call in them again if the pricing is reasonable for what was done?

When Theatre 29 had our theatrical lighting system start to glitch we were very concerned. Circuits were going off, onstage lights were flickering, it was affecting the quality of our productions. We suspected the dimmer packs were going out but were unable to find out where to fix or replace them. Hale Electric owner Eric and lighting specialist Shawn came to the Non-Profit Community Theater, tracked down the problem, removed the equipment, and helped us get it repaired. They then came back, installed the equipment and traced every lighting circuit to make sure all was working properly. When I asked for a bill, I got a smile and a handshake. Any company that will donate their time and expertise to help a local non-profit deserves the credit. Thank You Hale Electric!

One wall of my kitchen had no electricity over New Years weekend. It was the wall where both my stove and microwave were.
I checked the fuse box and a breaker had tripped, but I was not able to reset it. I called Hale Electric at 8am that Tuesday morning (Monday was an observed holiday) by 10am my problem was solved. I expected it was going to cost me hundreds of dollars to repair, Shawn fixed it gratis. The issue wasn't as big as I imagined. I can't described the relief I felt. I understand why Hale Electric is rated so high. Not only was the responsiveness and communication stellar...they are just good, honest people.

Kim here, from the Yucca Shala, a small private event center in Yucca Valley. We originally called Hale Electric because they were Highly Recommended by the Locals! I'm gonna go ahead and say, the Locals Steered us in the right direction! Shawn has a rich history in the high desert, Deep Pride in his work, and simply Deserves his excellent reputation! He sent Ray to take care of us ASAP, and Ray did such an excellent job, really stayed with it until the work was complete (and then some), got us all taken care of within our time constraints. We will definitely go straight to Hale Electric for future projects, and there will be MANY! Don't hesitate to go directly to Hale!

Can't recommend this company enough. We needed our spa and EV charger hooked up and these guys did an amazing job at a fair price. Two people showed up, were right on time, friendly, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. They even came back out a few days later to fix something that ended up being user error on our part. We felt awful they had to come all the way back out but they were so nice and understanding about it. Look no further, this team can take care of all your electrical needs.
