I have dealt with a lot of contractors, but Steve Haines is truly the finest! We lost our power in the 11/30-12/1 Pasadena wind storm (including a downed power pole), with significant damage to our power box and masthead. When the power was finally being restored I got Steve's name from a neighbor, called him in the evening as he was pulling into his home (some 40 minutes from us), and he said ""I'll be right there"". He got to the house promptly, assessed the situation, spoke to the crew restoring power, and was able to secure us a power line. The next day he started early and never stopped until the work was done. All the while he was friendly, professional, caring and really went out of his way to be supportive and fix the problem.
