Sorry but I cant recommend this company.
They did not follow up on the recommendations to pull a new Wire from the panel to my oven. When I got a second opinion From another electrical company, it turned out they missed diagnosed the problem. The Second company identified the problem. Repaired the problem and did not charge me. Im now glad they did not get back to me, I was looking at spending big dollars. Sorry H5 ! You need to do better.

H5 responded promptly to our short-notice request for our call for service. The electrician re-arranged his schedule to do the needed work so that we could have reliable service ASAP. We were extremely happy with their responsiveness and the quality of their work. Highly recommend.

Aaron from H5 electric did excellent work removing old fluorescent lights and installing canned recessed lighting. The job was tough, with some cutting into an odd wood prior installation in our mid-70s built house. Also, Aaron set me up quickly with a sheetrock person to complete the job. Very reasonable, very nice work. Also appreciated the clear quote using Square.

Lots of choices out there. H5 is now our ""go to"" for electrical.

I honestly wish i could give them more stars because they truly went above and beyond my expectations. i had an emergency where my whole electrical panel needed to be replaced in the middle of the heat wave. They were quick to respond and pushed things around to get out there the next morning and replace the panel. They worked extremely hard to quickly get permits and inspections done to get the power back on. They could have easily sat back and let things drag out, but they fought through each obstacle and pushed through to get the power back on as quickly as they could. even though it was an emergency situation, they gave me a fair price and didn't try to up-charge or upgrade my panel for no reason like some of the other places tried. it really defines their character and you fell like you have good honest people working on your job. i would definitely use them again and would recommend them to everyone. i my time of need they came through like rock stars. thank you again.

We consulted with tons of electric companies before going with H5. We wanted to upgrade our electrical panel from 100-200. We did our research and because our electric wiring is underground, we needed a team who knew what they were doing. Many companies were telling us it would be too much work and they would have to trench our yard.

This is when I met Brandy. I can not tell you how amazed I am. Texting and emailing between each other was quick and efficient. She fought for us when PgE was trying to tell us we had to change out the wiring that was already there and capable of 200 amp. It's hard because I know nothing about electrical stuff, but Brandy fought for us and wanted to make sure we weren't getting ripped off from pgE and wasn't getting wrong information from them.

This is why I went with them and not just any other company who just kept saying it's a big job and you'll be paying lots of money.

Pricing was far more reasonable than the other companies we consulted with.

On the day of job, I met Troy and his team. They were on time, for straight to work! It was pgE who was late to turn off our electric. They did a fabulous job and everything turned out great after months of fighting with Pge.

I just can't thank them enough. This is the kind of customer service I wish all companies would try to be like. It's not just about the job. It's about the trust and communication skills you build with the client.

Long review, but they are such a great team. Definitely will contact them again for any big jobs in the future.

I saw all the good reviews for this company, so I am disappointed they didn't live up to their reputation. I called this company a couple times to get an estimate to install a dedicated appliance circuit for an electric range. Both times they seemed willing to come out to do an estimate and gave several options for times and I said yes, I was available. They would not commit to a specific time, but they promised to get back to me quickly. I never heard back.

At one point I got an email saying they tried to text my landline and asked for a cell phone number. I don't have one and don't have the ability to send or receive texts, so I requested a phone call. Maybe they feel that picking up the phone and dialing a phone number is too much hassle? It seems to be for a lot of people these days, but businesses should be willing to communicate verbally with their clients.

I am so happy I went with H5 electric to add lighting to our new home we just bought. They do great work and have competitive pricing. Aaron, Troy and one of their sons came out and got the whole house done in a day. Now we have beautiful canned lighting throughout and we couldn't be happier. Brandy who works on quoting and scheduling was very responsive and helpful with all the questions I had.

I would definitely recommend them for your electrical needs! My parents plan to use them when they redo the electrical at there house.

I used H5 electric to have my entire box replaced.They were extremely timely, professional, and reasonably priced. I would absolutely recommend them for any electric needs especially considering how responsive they are to initial inquiries and the timeliness of project completion! I would highly recommend them!

This company is not only great at what they do but have fantastic customer service and everyone there is excellent to work with.

We called H5 because we'd had 2 electrical companies come out already, neither could find the issue with our system. Our house is older and I know the owner we bought it from did a lot of work himself, though up to code, what was ""ok"" in the 70's might be a little tough to figure out now.

Troy & Ruben came out and in a few hours traced the problem, updated everything they needed to and left their work area cleaner then it was when they arrived.

We later had a transfer switch put in and Aaron came out to do that. Same service as before and same results, excellent!
