This company is not only great at what they do but have fantastic customer service and everyone there is excellent to work with.

We called H5 because we'd had 2 electrical companies come out already, neither could find the issue with our system. Our house is older and I know the owner we bought it from did a lot of work himself, though up to code, what was ""ok"" in the 70's might be a little tough to figure out now.

Troy & Ruben came out and in a few hours traced the problem, updated everything they needed to and left their work area cleaner then it was when they arrived.

We later had a transfer switch put in and Aaron came out to do that. Same service as before and same results, excellent!

They're honest and do good work! Thank you guys

Troy and the crew are super friendly, dependable, and do quality work. Everyone completed the work with efficiency and grace, especially impressive when you consider it was a couple of REALLY hot days in an old house with knob and tube and zero insulation.

They ran a new sub panel to our attic and the conduit outside the house is very clean and barely noticeable. Would highly recommend H5!

Our house has had a bunch of odd issues. Light switches and outlets that didn't work. They were avaliable the next day when I messaged on yelp. The work and tech was completed without any issues. Would hire again. I hope I don't have to. Ha.

We couldn't find the cause of a short in a circuit. Troy was great going methodically from plug to switch until he found the issue and got it fixed incredibly quickly. We then asked about an estimate for installing a new light fixture on our vaulted ceiling. He gamely crawled about in our attic to figure out the best way to get the job done.

I had purchased a Ring Floodlight Camera and wasn't aware it needed so much electrical work just to function. I sent out a request on Yelp and Brandy from H5 got back to me very quick and didn't make things complicated like all these other companies were. I'm someone who likes to just know how much I'll be charged without the runaround. She messaged me and got a tech out here within 30 minutes. They were so accommodating with the fact that I was on a conference call the entire time. The technician was so kind and professional and installed the floodlights so quick and even offers to help me sync it. I would definitely use H5 Electric for any other of my projects.

This is a updated review. I had Brandy wire a generator panel for us. The panel was not wired correctly and was a fire hazard. I was told by Brandy she normally does not wire panels and installed ours via you tube video. We had to hire another contractor to wire our panel correctly. I was also told she was going to label our panel which never happened. I also filed a complaint with the better business bureau which Brandy never responded. There is currently a claim filed with her bond company. It would up costing us over $1300.00 to repair their unprofessional work. I made several attempts to try to resolve this with Brandy. We are very unhappy and currently considering Taking them to Small claims court to recover some of our losses. FYI DONT USE THIS COMPANY, All they care about in my opinion is the money not making things right.

All of the outlets in my kitchen stopped working so I reached out to H5 electric to see if they could help. Brandy was very fast to respond and offered me a 2 hour window appointment with an electrician the very next day. She even texted me updates on the status of the electrician's eta. Troy arrived to my house within the expected window and was very professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through the possible causes of why my outlets stopped working and why my GFCI kept tripping. Troy was able to troubleshoot the issues quickly and put all of the outlets back together. He was very personable and even chatted with my wife and I for a few minutes. I felt that he price was very fair and the quality of work was amazing. Only speaking from a small residential job request, if you're looking for an honest electrician that is easy to contact and work with. Look no further than H5.

This summer was unusually hotter than in prior years so I finally decided to add central air conditioning. I immediately learned the pre-existing 100 amp electrical panel installed back in the 1970's didn't have a spare breaker that could be dedicated to the condenser. In fact, the panel was essentially at capacity, and needed to be upgraded. In the process of evaluating my options, I received various bids through Yelp and Home Advisor.

Brandy is command central with H5 Electric and voice of the company. She provided prompt and sufficiently detailed responses to my project, including a reasonable proposal. In addition to removing and replacing the old panel, I asked H5 to also include installation of the disconnect and a service receptacle for the A/C unit, and complete wiring for an EV Charger.

Troy and his crew arrived early (by 7am) and installed a new 200-amp main with new breakers; including new pipe, wire, weather head & roof jack. With the power shut off and wiring exposed, it was practical and logical to have the experts at H5 run the additional wiring for the A/C instead of the HVAC contractor. As requested, H5 also ran a 240V/50A circuit from the new main service panel across the attic to a NEMA 14-50 rainproof outlet to the side of the house along the garage for the EV outlet.

The job was completed by middle of the day and the work is impressive! Thank you, H5 Electric!

Troy Hensley and H5 Electric have worked on 3 electrical projects for me, the most recent being an upgrade to a 225 amp panel. They have done excellent work and I would recommend them without reservation. The panel upgrade involved very careful and precise work and Aaron did a great job with that. Afterwards there were a few issues to troubleshoot and they were resolved to my satisfaction. Additionally when Troy came back the next day to review the work, he found an area of exposed wires where rodents had chewed away some of the sheathing. He returned with Aaron and Caden two days later and fixed that. I completely trust Troy's judgement and his pricing is more than fair.
