I had a small job in and outside my house and he had to come back several times which he did willingly to ensure the job was done correctly. Hadar and his team are very honest and reliable when it comes to electrical work, especially installing LED recessed lights.
I sought at least a few bids, and Hadar was the only one to point out the necessary steps to get the job done right (fire boxing, permits). The other licensed electricians were charging less, but clearly would have cut corners.
His pricing is fair given the high quality of workmanship and the big team he employs. Four guys showed up in addition to Hadar to install our 12 recessed lights, with new wiring and switches.
I would gladly work with him again.
Of course my wife had the insight to choose him, so she is the wise one.

After getting a quote from DIFFERENT GUY to install a new bathroom fan for $850 (???), I called Hadar and had him come over. I didn't even need to get a quote over the phone, that's how much I've learned to trust him. Sure enough, price was $150. I've used Hadar several times now and he's my go to guy. On that particular job, not only did he install the fan, his guys also fixed a couple of other things around the house at no extra charge. Simply put, he's the most knowledgable, honest, and efficient electrical contractor around. And I'm very picky.
