Needed to replace two LED fixtures (one integrated can light and one fan light kit). Showed up within the designated block and got a text detailing arrival. All good, but the pricing for service was not in accordance with their own rules. Had to sign off on a high quoted price ""for this job"" but after completion when given the ""Straightforward Pricing"" receipt, which lists in details the jobs for each of 10 pricing levels, ours should have been about 4x less! When I complained and even called in, they just said it's the standard price for ALL service calls no matter what, and the call center person said she didn't even know what form I was talking about because they never see it. Sounds like they will gouge because they can. Period.
