""H & H"" should stand for ""Horrible & Half-ass"" for the customer service. Do NOT even attempt to reach out for this guy's service. Save yourself the time and work with another electrician. Nick clearly doesn't understand customer service as he'll gladly hang up on you if the job isn't a quick buck for him to make.

Nick is very rude on the phone. Inquired about a Nema 14-50 project to my garage. Asked when he could come out to check it out and he said ""No"" then hangs up. Would never do work with this guy.

have 3 unfinished items, and 2 faulty items do to poor makeup.
have been calling for 2 weeks to get nick out here for 2 hours work.
he still hasn't shown up, and won't return calls. can't get my final
inspection until its done. would never use this company again. will
end up hiring a real electrician, and going after his bond.

Long overdue review: they had installed an EV charger for us, so we contacted them when we didn't get full power at the house (after days of power outage to begin with) after a big storm. They were amazing and came through for us in a big way and helped us get power and heat and kitchen running again. Thanks guys!

Very rude on the phone. I decided to give these folks a chance bc they were recommended by my realtor even though reviews online are very mixed. After they answered phone, i explained that I had 2 different projects. One which entailed an evaluation of some blinking we have been experiencing in the house even though is a brand new build. The person interrupted and basically said "" I'm not even going to get into doing anything that a builder has done, they should cover that under a warranty."" Then they hung up without allowing me to Explain that I just wanted a non biased evaluation of the work or letting them know about second project.

I have used H&H for several jobs now - big and small. Can't say enough good things.

The crew always arrives on time, is professional, cleans up after the job and checks back to make sure things are working correctly. They just hung three new pendant lights for me in the kitchen and they look great.

Good price/excellent service. Highly recommend Nick and his team.
