I hired Jairo to do an electrical job of updating my old ceiling lights from a old box to recessed lighting and outlets. At first he started off strong but after a while nothing was progressing. When he finally answered me I asked him what was going on he said that he could not do the job without supplies and I said I have never received a list from you for anything that was needed. I was annoyed beyond because he and I agreed on a price and then he skipped out on the job because he didn't have the items needed but never told me he needed them or that I was supposed to buy it. I am not an electrician and have no idea what would be needed if I am not told and instead of him telling me he stopped showing up and returning calls. He finally finished the job but I would not recommend him. I gave him 3 stars since he did an ok job but deserves no stars for lack of communication and for being unprofessional.

We needed to have our Tesla wall charging station installed right away. I found Gyro Electric on Yelp and the owner called me back right away. Great response and communication. It was a last minute request to install the system the same day so Gyro was able to accommodate and willing to work through the night so I can charge my car. Gyro then came back early in the morning to securely re-route the cables and the charging location for easy access. The work ethic and outcomes are fantastic!! Also, Gyro gave me some tips about handling electric and water sprinklers issue. I highly recommend anyone to Gyro Electric for any electrical services.

Friendly guy but grossly unprofessional. Created this account simply to write this review. Not sure about all the good reviews he has gotten. My husband made a mistake with this character. He never shows up when he says he will. Had to come over numerous times to complete the job but always late and always in a rush. His texts of promises are empty. We begged him to please complete/fix the job (lighting) before a small event in the backyard and though he promised numerous time to come and complete the job and told us what to buy, HE NEVER SHOWED UP. We finally got someone else to fix/finish the job. Avoid. I am trying to convince my husband to sue him.

If you are looking for a electrician GYRO ELECTRIC is the way to go very professional, on time, and very passionate for what he does!! And when someone is passionate of their work it surely is done right!!!! Did an amazing job handing and wiring a chandelier 20' high. We came across an issue with the chandelier ORM not providing all the parts. They were accommodating to come back to complete the installation. I highly recommend.

I had an electrical problem with my outlet plug in my kitchen. I had called several handymen who failed to show up. I called Gyro Electric. I was able to talk directly to the tech. He arranged same day appointment. I couldn't be happier with his customer service. He was friendly, and did an excellent jib. I will definitely call him the next time I have a electrical issue. He was great!
