Michael and Robert were amazing, he taught me how to turn my power back on, and he was so patient. After an hour switching every breaker on and off we fixed it!!!!! Now I'm thinking I'd switching to their internet!! AT&T is charging 571.01 for internet and phone!!!!!

GVEC Home Services is nothing more than an 8 man Mom & Pop sized operation. They do not benefit from their association with the rest of the company. They also charge for their quotes/ estimates. I paid 86 dollars just to have them tell me they would not run wire under my driveway. They were aware that the wire needed to cross my driveway before they ever came out. They recommended another company to come out and cut my driveway. Only then could they come out and run the wire. What losers. Go somewhere else. I think they make their money just giving estimates, never actually doing any electrical work. I thought contacting them was going to be my best decision. It turned out to be my worst decision.

GVEC-Solar, I called and GVEC -solar Jeff came out for site visit, very friendly. Jeff had to go back to his boss Chad for more info. Silence for more than a week. I called and Chad was very friendly on the phone and he needed to update the drawings. 3 weeks have gone by and no word. I have called weekly with no return call. I wonder if GVEC-solar has gone the way of GVEC -Appliances, poof! / Tony

The service men are always very nice and informative. However, the other day when it was raining and muddy out, I had my ac serviced. The gentleman walked up my stairs with muddy shoes. Now I have to get my carpet cleaned. He was very apologetic for getting mud on my tile downstairs but I don't think he realized he stained my carpet up the stairs and in the hall way.

I called GVEC to suggest shoe covers and the lady said they service people do have shoe covers and she will put in the suggestion. THAT`S IT! No apology nor offer to give a credit or have my carpet cleaned! I will be finding someone else next service check.
