I've used these guys before about 2 years ago and they were awesome. I called them again for another issue, and Bill the technician did not disappoint. He did what he stated he would do in a very timely manner. He completed the job while we weren't home and had everything nice and tidy when we returned. He took the time to put my old equipment in my shed, he went above and beyond! It's nice to deal with people who keep their word, especially in this town. GCE, you're lucky to have this fella on your staff. Thank You!

Ben called when he was on his way. He showed up as promised, got right to work and fixed my issue quickly and professionally. He not only cleaned up after himself but went out of his way to make sure my appliances were up and running again before he left. Everything from the first call into the office to get onto the schedule to making a payment was easy and efficient. I would 100% use them again and ask for Ben!

We had a GFI go out that wiped out the electrics in the kitchen. We both can get drunk grumpy when we don't get our coffee in the morning., so we called Gulf Coast electric to come and figure out what was going on. Matt came in and identified the problem immediately and replaced a GFI that had gone bad. Matt was friendly, professional, and did an outstanding job! I hope the next time we have electrical problems they send Matt to our house. We will definitely be calling Gulf Coast Electric again!. Thank you Matt.!!! thank you Matt

I called about getting a temp pole installed and they set an appointment. I blocked off half of a day to meet them. They never showed up. They apologized and set up another appointment. They started working on getting a temp pole installed.
They didn't seem to know what they were doing throughout the process. I've now been waiting for about three months and nothing has been done. I called and they said that the person I was working with hasn't been working there in a while. No one bothered to call me.
We are now back at square one. They completely wasted three months of my time. Stay away from these unorganized and unprofessional people.

had to have my house re-cabled. and after many no-shows, this company from the moment the phone was answered knew about customer service. Ariel (not sure that is his spelling) was a fantastic guy. He crawled through the attic and re-cabled my house and cleaned up after himself when he did come inside. all the way to the end this company was fantastic and my internet works better than ever now.

Ron. When you commit to a job, you follow through, or you tell the client you won't be able to do it. Do not set an appointment then not show up without even a phone call or a text message.

I made an appointment with them to give me an estimate for upgrading the wiring in some conduit they had previously installed for a car charger. They called back and asked that I wait a couple days because someone else was working on a similar issue in my building. I waited for a week and called them back, they said they would return my call but didn't. I again called them requesting a call back and now it's been two weeks and no return call. I'll be looking for someone more responsive. Imagine if there was an issue with their work.

Great customer service and responsive! To be honest they do have slightly higher prices than some other companies HOWEVER having worked with several electrical companies during our recent home renovations GCE is worth the extra pennies!!!
