They stood me up two days in a row!

I had an estimate scheduled on a Monday and nobody showed up. When I called I was told they did not have a estimate scheduled. I understand mistakes happen. However, I rescheduled the estimate for the next day (Tuesday) at 5. I called at 4:30 that day to confirm. I was told they were on a job and they would be to my place slightly after 5 and would call if they were running overly late. I had not heard from them and it was 6 p.m. so I called again. I was then told that they would be approximately another hour and the man I spoke with told me he would call me at around 7 p.m. to update me. I never received a phone call!

I understand mistakes happen, but to schedule an estimate two days in a row and not show up for either and not even have the decency to make one phone call was very frustrating and so unprofessional on their part.

I highly recommend Guidry's Electrical to anyone in San Diego County! I wasted so much time and money on other electricians trying to diagnose the issue. Rolando determine the problem right away. Him and Michael were very professional and I will be hiring them for future electric upgrades in my house!

They came very promptly but our issue was electricity in our garage. We paid $200 for nothing. Not impressed. I, the wife, pointed it out to the ""electrician"" and he told my husband by phone that it was working. Never again.

We reached out to several companies through Yelp and the owner of Guidry's, Leonard, responded so quickly with a fair estimate. He was very personable and professional, plus booking an appointment through their website was incredibly easy. We were pleasantly surprised that they were even available the very next afternoon on a Sunday!

They sent two electricians to work on our project (replacing a dining room light fixture, replacing a living room ceiling fan, and splitting a switch so a bedroom fan and light could be operated separately). The two electricians were very friendly and professional, plus they worked really well together to complete our projects.

An added benefit, they stayed true to their original estimate, even though the work took longer than they originally thought.

I HIGHLY recommend Guidry's Electrical to everyone and will definitely use them again if needed - they're great!!!

All my bathroom outlets where out. I figured myself to be pretty handy with electronic but I could find the problem. I got referred to Guidry's Electrical through a friend. When the technician came out to the house he was very friendly and explained everything was doing and withiing 10 minutes he had all my plugs back working.
