The other night I was having a problem with the electricity in my master bathroom, and called Brandon to see if he could diagnose and fix it. He came over the next morning and determined it was not a bad switch in my breaker box (which is what I thought) but a more complicated problem involving the wiring in my bathroom.

This issue was something that my home builder was responsible for, so Brandon wrote a report for me to submit to Shea Homes, and they fixed my bathroom wiring.

Brandon is polite, friendly and punctual, and he knows his stuff. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

We had an issue with a newly installed washer/dryer combo unit at a rental property and he was able to go out and troubleshoot the issue immediately. We didn't meet him in person because he worked directly with our tenant, but she told us he was very respectful and prompt! We will definitely be using him again!
