Pretty disappointed in this company. He was recommended by so many people. We had a problem and didn't know why and he came out, in a rush and just didn't feel like figuring out what was wrong.... and then he said ""it's bc your house is old."" That was it.
Took his money and left. He said he was going out of town and would follow up. I tried reaching out over and over and he just didn't respond after that. I called another company who also recommended to call Edison and turns out it was a huge problem and Edison is fixing it. That other company came out to make sure Edison was going to take care of it, and see if there was anything else they could help with and did not charge me a dime.
I'm sorry my emergency got in the way of your vacation, business must be that great that you can just ignore clients.

Brandon is professional and knowledgeable in everything . I had a hot tub I needed to be wired and set up ASAP I called him in the morning, he was there in the afternoon and what I thought was going to take 4 hours took only 1 he did such a great job and even gave me some helpful tips . If you want good work done anywhere call Brandon. Great prices , great service what more can you ask for!

For 2 nights in a row our household woke up to a blaring smoke alarm in the middle of the night for no apparent reason (not fun). After some research we discovered that smoke alarms have expiration dates, and we were way overdue for whole-house alarm replacement. After buying the hard-wired alarms, we contacted Guckeen Electric over the weekend and even though Brandon had personal plans that day, he made time to come over and install all the alarms! Amazing customer service! Brandon was super friendly was a great communicator. Guckeen Electric will be our go-to company for all electrical needs moving forward. Highly recommend.
