This company is fantastic! Had a new unit put in by them almost 3 years ago. All the maintenance they have done has been quick, efficient, and clean. Had an issue with the capacitor going out and they came and fixed it the next day. Robert was my technician and he was fantastic. if you're considering a new system or just need an estimate or repair these are the guys to go with. Very communicative and very honest. You can't go wrong with these guys.

Do not recommend this company or their services at all. This company will lie to your face and over charge you for everything they do. I am no hvac expert and it was probably partly my fault for not asking more questions in the beginning but after asking them numerous times if my AC Unit was under warranty and them telling me no numerous times. I took matters into my own hands and discovered my unit was in fact under warranty still, their service tech Han and service manager Gio both lied to my face about the warranty with my AC unit pressuring me multiple times to purchase a new unit they after they already charge me upwards of $3k dollars worth of work on a AC unit that has been under warranty this whole time. Not to mention charging $200 a pound for Freon. This company is an absolutely scam and will not provide you excellent service they will over charge you and leave you in worse shape then before.

I was told my AC Unit may have a leak. Per Google average cost of adding Freon in 2023 is between $200 to $500.
I was charged close to $700.

I will avoid this company for any future repairs/installations and definitely do not recommend them.

Our heating went out on December 23rd. The coldest weather I have encountered here in Georgia.

I have AHS warranty and they could not find me a single company to come help us!!

I called at least 3 to 4 times a day and no response! I asked why can't I pick my own company they advised me that was not an option. I was raised to make sure I can get what I deserve!

I was able to choose my own company which is rare but I am so happy that my persistence paid off.

I went online to see who I could trust and get good service! I believe that this was my best choice ever!

Hans was our technician he was so professional and explained what was wrong and I was able to get approval for repair.

He was able to find out what was wrong almost immediately and was able to repair our heating in no time!

I highly recommend Guardian Heating and Air Conditioning they are professional and very attentive.

If I could I would give 10 stars!

Guardian came out same day for us today which felt like a miracle given this mini freeze in Georgia (Dec '22). Gio fit us in at the very end of his route in 10 degree weather and quickly got us up and running again. Our issue was related to poor installation by another company/our builder, and he immediately provided us with a write up of what updates need to be made so we can hand it over to our builder. Price was incredibly affordable and honestly we would have paid more for their help. Thank you so much to the scheduling department for squeezing us in (I can't remember the name of the kind lady that helped us) and of course to Gio for his work in our crawl space and clear explanations!

I used Guardian for my AC unit. I was pleased to have Tom come to my home to assess what I needed. During our visit, we chatted as if we were great friends. This left me with the feeling of trust in this company because of that connectivity.

When the techs came to install my unit, they came prepared to enter the home with shoe and floor covers which is something that was also a pleasant surprise. It meant that they had respect and the qualities of a good steward.

I now have my new unit and I am very satisfied. I appreciate good customer care and if this is the standard of Guardian Heating, Air, Plumbing, and Electrical they may receive more business from me in the very near future! Keep up this level and you will beat all of them out here! Thank you!

We hired Guardian to do our A/C replacement and update from a reference from a neighbor ! Great call, neighbor friends! They are incredibly reasonably priced and reliable. On time for the installation, courteous, and efficient! They knocked it out with very few troubles. When it was installed, the weather was very mild. We didn't use it much until a month ago. When we did, it was perfect for the cold weather outside. Nice and warm! As it should be! Thanks Guardian. It's very quiet and super efficient! We just had to put on the A/Con in December! Perfect! And our bills have been very low! I recommend them highly! Cheers!

From the moment I spoke with Evelyn on the phone, I knew I was dealing with a professional company. My furnace was making a sound that I wanted investigated, I was able to get a same day appointment because a technician was in my area. Robert was fabulous, came in (shoe covers, mask and all), diagnosed the problem and fixed what could be fixed. I will definitely use Guardian for my future heating, air, plumbing and electric needs!!
