Repair guy had to be told 4-5 times with pictures and emails of what to do. Kept blowing us off saying he would do the work on a set day. Shows up randomly to do work and throws a fit because nobody is there. Finally get them to do the work and went over several hundred dollars. Then is nasty when I can't answer the phone immediately to pay them. Refuses to leave till I pay them which I do as soon as I could get off my work call. They didn't even give us all the pictures of the work completed. I will never use them again. Nothing but piss and vinegar these guys are. I will find anyone with a better attitude even if I have to pay more.

Upgraded our 1961 electric service box (with fuses), inside outlets and switches. Never having done an upgrade before, I was a tad anxious about it, hence I went thru Yelp who offered a $2500 fix it guarantee should anything go wrong- a VERY reassuring policy!!

Josh was my contact for this project. He is a very down to earth, practical guy, who talks plainly about what needs to be done. If there are options, he delves into them simply and is very friendly & easy to understand.

As always seems to happen to me, surprise! The electrical code was officially updated after being pending for 3+yrs. Josh assured me it was no problem and did the additional upgrade at an extremely reasonable price. The whole project took less than 2 days.

Guardian electric is definitely an 'up and comer' for electric service needs! They are small enough to be very responsive, yet large enough to handle anything that may come along. I highly recommend them for any electrical needs you may have.
