Catharine D.Whenever a story starts with a three year old throwing the live end of a plugged in extension cord into a toilet, you know it is going to be a good one. Lights in the bathroom and power outlets in the office would not come back on even after flipping all the breakers on and off. Called GTZ and Ozzie told me to check all the GCFI outlets and reset them first. He said if that didn't work he could drop by the same afternoon. Low and behold there was a GCFI circuit in the other bathroom on the opposite side of the house, where as soon as I pressed ""reset"" the power came right back on in the other bathroom and office. I would never have thought to look there. Helping me solve my problem without even coming out and charging me--I don't think service gets any better than that. I will be using GTZ Electric for any future electrical needs, and I recommend you do so as well.
