GT Electric installed two floodlights at my home. They took an afternoon on wiring and assured me the motion floodlights were on a timer and would come on after dark. With this assurance, I paid the $994.00 bill, but the lights never worked. I called GT and they promised to come out and fix the problem. But my home burned down before they came out. They refused to refund any of the money. I would have been satisfied with a partial refund, but they refused to do anything. Very disappointed.

We had a major electrical problem while I was out of the country. As a result, the entire meter needed to be replaced. The entire GT electric team was so helpful to facilitate the repair and work with me around the world, and coordinate with the city to turn on/off the power, and even work to rendezvous and schedule with my friend to open the house. The fix took a few visits, they even stopped by on the weekend to do some service so I would be ready before I returned to the country. With all that, in the end, the final bill was under their estimate. Cannot complain at all, and I'm super thankful for their work.
