I made the mistake of trying to replace my main breaker panel on my own with the help of a co-worker....what a mistake! We ended up not being able to place the panel cover over the breaker box due to moving the buss bar in the box. Needless to say, it needed to be redone. I had just spoke to Rich at GRT the day before deciding to do the work myself, he was extremely responsive, however, I never returned his call or text. Well, here it is Friday night and I need an electrician, so first thing Saturday morning I called Rich and he answered his phone. I apologized for not returning his call and explained what happened. Rich said he had to go to coach is sons baseball game, but to send him pictures and he would contact me on Monday. Later Saturday night I received a text from Rich once again stating he would call me on Monday. Monday morning at exactly 8am he called, he arrived at my house 50 minutes later. Rich told me what needed to be done to meet code and I agreed. He called his apprentice and 4 hours later they were done and all at a very responsible price. Rich will get all my business in the future and I would not hesitate to recommend GRT.

Rich upgraded my panel (200 amp) at the beginning of this year. He and his assistant were in and out in one day. He came back a week later for the city inspection, no problems. Everything is cleanly wired in the panel and all circuit breakers labeled. He did a great job at a fair price. He was also happy to help with advice on a sub panel I'm adding myself. I even texted him this week, about 9 months later, he replied quickly and stopped by the same day with a spare part! Great professional and personal service. Highly recommended.

We had a pretty quick turnaround job and Rich was right there to save the day. He came out, assessed the electrical needs for an outdoor power source. Then he ran a clean line to the main breaker and it looks so professional.
