My 54-year-old home is starting to have problems--especially electrical. On my first call to Grounded Electric, Tim (and Josh) were wonderful--very thorough and helpful. With their work and advice, the issues were resolved.
Recently (not knowing what I was doing) I forced a reluctant plug into a GFIC outlet when it didn't want to go--red light came on, and then no electricity in that outlet or others on the same circuit. To make a long story short, called Grounded Electric. Kyle replaced the errant GFIC switch, tested all the outlets on that circuit, and replaced two circuit breakers in my old panel box.
His patience in answering my endless questions, and his taking proper safety precautions were much appreciated. Everything is working properly now, and the cost of it all was very reasonable. With something as critical as electricity, it is a huge relief to have found Grounded Electric--experts who know what they're doing!
