Definitely a company to do business with. We put an all call request through the Yelp app. Grounded Electric ( a family owned business) responded quickly and an appt was set. We received a reminder the day before and a call the day of appointment. They arrived on time and were professional at all times. They stated their trouble shooting fee and I agreed. The problem circuit was thoroughly inspected and diagnosed. The problem was traced to a malfunction in a fancy outlet strip for electronics. I was fully satisfied with their work. They cleaned up after and the final price was reasonable and fair. Would I use them again? Definitely Yes!! Would I recommend them to my friends and family, without a doubt.

Tim did an awesome job installing my EV charger. It was a more involved job because my electrical box was on the complete opposite side of my home compared to where the garage is. And he had to get wiring through two attic spaces. He painted the conduit so it perfectly blends in with my house color. And he patched and textured the small area of drywall that he needed to open for the wire to drop down to the garage. He even met with me prior to the job and helped explain everything to me in detail and helped me to decide the best place to install. I got a few quotes before choosing his company. His game plan and care prior and throughout and after the install were awesome. I would definitely recommend this company!

Just had the most amazing experience with Grounded electric. Tim was very responsive to my initial work inquiries, and once the project was booked kept in contact with em with regular reminders.
On the day of, him and his team arrived promptly, kept me updated on their ETA.
I had several projects planned, switching out lights, installing new fan and chandelier on a 20 foot entryway. The whole job took maybe 1.5 hours.
The chandelier looked a little lopsided due to manufacturing problems , but the team took special care in making adjustments to get the fixture looking great, even if it meant they had to do twice the work. They clearly stand behind their work with a 1 year guarantee.
The value for what they charged me was beyond impressive.

Tim and his team are my go to for all of our Electrical Projects. He Upgraded my old faulty panel to a 200 Amp Panel, did electrical wiring for my pool, electrical wiring for a mini split, Installed a 100 amp sub panel in my garage and a ton of outlets, two bath fans, multiple outlets on the outside of my house. We also added a bunch of recessed lights as well.

Most recently I replaced my ceiling fans and the prior owner had done a pretty poor job with a junction box, so I called Tim back to install a new junction box and patch up the ceiling. This was the smallest job we had Tim do, and he was in and out within an hour.

Each and every time we call Chelsea to schedule she is on point with scheduling and Tim will show up on time. It's pretty amazing to see how his team has grown over the last few years.

Having worked with a lot of contractors/trades, I value people being on time, and leaving my place in the same condition it was in before they showed up on site. Tim and the crew are a professional bunch. I don't even bother calling any other electrician.

Grounded Electric is an excellent company to work with. I have a set of 4 outdoor lights that were tripping the circuit breaker.

I found Grounded Electric via Yelp, and they responded quickly to the Yelp estimate request and their pricing was competitive. I quickly got on their schedule. The day before the appointment, they send an appointment reminder, which was a nice touch.

Kyle was my technician and on the day of the appointment, he called to let me know he was 30 minutes away.

When he got here, he was super professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He diligently diagnosed the root cause and explained it to me. He gave me a few options and there was absolutely zero pressure to fix anything. I ended up choosing to have the root cause remediated. But the fact that I wasn't pressured speaks a lot to the values of this team.

As I'm writing this, my lights are working again and I am extremely happy I found Grounded Electric. I will definitely work with them again for my future electrical needs. I highly recommend them!

If I could leave 10 stars I would, I cannot recommend them enough especially kyle! I've had a lot of issues with electricians coming out, looking at my issue for 2 minutes, telling me there is nothing they can do and then still charging me an expensive fee for them driving out, but these guys were the exact opposite. Kyle spent a lot of time trying to figure out what was going on, you could tell he really wanted to help. Also he spent the time to explain to me what he was doing and how it all worked. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family!

Grounded Electric came out to update some light fixtures in my house. They did a great job! Kyle the technician that came out was nice, quick and very knowledgeable as well as answered my questions. He also came a little bit early which was much appreciated.

The owner Tim was very quick to respond to me on yelp for quotes even though yelp stated that they were closed. I will be recommending Grounded Electric to others and will for sure use them for any other projects I have, great service, friendly and easy to work with.
