Kyle came out today and installed 4 interior ceiling fans, 1 exterior ceiling fan, 2 pendant lights and 1 chandelier. Whew! He was knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful. His attention to detail was outstanding and his work ethic was amazing. I wish more people would take pride in their work the way Kyle did. He patiently answered all of my questions and even re-answered them when I asked again. Haha! I am so happy with everything he did and our new home looks incredible. I reached out to Grounded Electric through Yelp to remove and install a new outdoor outlet. They were quick to respond to all of my messages. They're great with communication! Given the limitations of my backyard, Tim was able to provided me options to consider. After discussing, he went to work with his associate and got the work done quickly in a professional manner - which seems like a hard thing to come by now a days. We called Grounded Electric to install two new exterior lights and remove the old ugly ones (one on the garage exterior and one on the side door). We also had an issue with our front LED light staying dim on our smart switch when it was supposed to be ""off"". Kyle was our electrician who responded and the new lights look great. He also figured out our old LED light had an issue where it didn't work well with our smart switch. He replaced it with a new LED and now everything works great. He made sure everything in our junction box was wired correctly and we are 100% satisfied. Kyle was the friendliest guy, he was clean and had great attention to detail. We will definitely call back for our next lighting project (which I already spoke with Kyle about). Everything looks great! Thank you.

I always check Yelp when I need a new business. I needed an Electrician. Four smoke alarms needed to be replaced. Due to great reviews, I called Grounded Electric. I'm very glad I did. I called and talked to Chelsea. Very nice, knowledgeable person. She booked my appointment. I got email verifying appointment and estimate. Follow up call day before appointment. Call from electrician when on his way day of appointment. Great customer service. Kyle arrived. Super person. Friendly, professional. Took care in my home. Covered floor with tarp for ladder. Made quick work of changing out alarms. I couldn't be happier. Oh, and the cost was right in line where it should be. I will definitely keep this company in my contacts. I highly recommend.

Tim did excellent work for me about a year ago. Fast, high quality. They installed several can lights in a first floor, including complicated new wiring with no attic access. All great work!

Found out had to have GFI plug installed in order to have new dishwasher installed. Only had 5days to get it done in advance of pending installation. Called office and was told Tim booked out to Oct. Explained my situation and Tim came thru for me. He managed to work me in got outlet installed day before installation of appliance. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I used him once before and he did an excellent job then as well as this one. I would never even consider using any other electrician.
