Unfortunately, Grounded Electric was not able to perform any work on my residence due to factors outside of thier control (i.e. age of house, panel, etc.), however, that didn't stop them from providing me with outstanding customer service all day long on a Saturday.
I sent dozens of messages over an 8hr period, and they responded to everyone, professionally and quickly. Keep in mind, this was on a day they were closed. If this is the type of service they provide when they know they won't be getting a penny from the person they are helping, then I can only imagine the attention to detail they must put into work for paying customers.

Grounded electric installed 3 new wife fans with remotes for me. They were flexible and worked with my schedule to make an appointment, and day-of ended up being able to come early which was awesome. They were quick, professional, clean and did an excellent job! Even took the time to teach me how to use the remotes! Very satisfied, highly recommend!
