My technician Tyler was very helpful and considerate. He took extra time to figure out why my dryer was not working. He didn't have to go to the trouble, but he did. I would recommend Griffin Electric to my friends and family for high quality work with excellent customer service.

So we lost power to 1/2 our house. It was a Saturday night, so we made do until the morning. Called Griffin at 8am Sunday morning. They said they could do the job today and would get back to us ""shortly"" with an eta. 10am we called back. The receptionist said that they were on it, and she would either have the tech or herself call back ""shortly."" It's now 3:45pm with no word. I'll go without power for the rest of the night and have Bonney, Brian, Maverick, or any other Joe who will just be honest with me and do the job. Treat this company like the plague.

A total waste of time. They don't take small jobs or if you are brown or black or asian! so don't even call!

I called Griffin Electric and they sent Nick out.
I had some issues with outlets and electric floor heaters.
Nick basically opened everything up and started trouble shooting, it didn't take him long to discover some bad wiring and outlets and incorrect wiring in the heaters.
Thanks' for another great job!!!

We had a long list of electrical projects and upgrades we needed done on our home in Fair Oaks, including adding lighting, replacing a breaker and some outlets, adding an outlet, and converting our kitchen recessed lighting from halogen to LED. Nick came out and knocked them all out with great service and attention to detail. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. He was also great about cleaning up his work areas. We will definitely use Griffin Electric again for future projects.

Griffin electric was easy to get ahold of for a free evaluation and to sign our contract once we agreed to the work. However, we had a very hard time getting ahold of these guys after we signed our contract and paid our deposit. It took a long time to get work scheduled. Our house was left dirty after the electrician finished. And when we questioned the technician as to why he left it such a mess he ""forgot the plastic"" and ""wiped down the counters when he was done"". We have had windows and new insulation put in by other companies that did not require a deposit, were very on top of communication, and our house was left spotless so I really do feel it's acceptable to be upset. We also called to let Griffin electric know our issues and were told we would receive something from them in the mail, and that never happened. Would not recommend.

Had a late night Friday situation where half the master bedroom outlets stopped working after we unplugged a surge protector. Griffin Electric was able to send someone over first thing Saturday morning. He was able to figure out the the cause and replace the problematic outlet in a timely manner and no time was wasted. I highly recommend them!

Amazing...I had an electrical work wish list which included garage wiring and lighting, garage outlet, outdoor patio outlet, doorbell, and bathroom light fixture installation...in my old house. I communicated with Elisa, Dispatch Supervisor, electrician came and reviewed the work needed, Elisa created a contract, I copied and signed it and delivered it, work was scheduled for today, and within one week it is completed! My electrician, Nhia, was outstanding...prompt, thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, skilled, friendly and personable, worked non-stop, and ever so patient with my questions...included me on decision making. I can't express enough my gratitude. I no longer have to do laundry by flashlight. I have a new working doorbell. I love the bathroom fixture, and the outdoor outlet. Wow. Just wow. Thank you so much, Nhia, and Griffin Electric! I am so happy with this work.
