If you are looking for a courteous, professional electrician who care about customer service, than Do NOT even consider using Gridlink Electric in Concord. That is unless you like to be given a date and time, and continue to call and text them throughout the day, being told they are either on their way or give you another schedule time on the same day, and then NOT SHOW UP.

No courtesy call or text. The person I spoke to was Thomas. Unless you have time to wait all day and have a ""Hack company"" like this tell you they will be at your house to provide service and don't show up, then by means look no further for the WORST and Piss Poor customer service from Gridlink.

They scheduled me a time slot between 2:00 - 3:00 PM. After waiting and not hearing back, I called and text Thomas at (925) 588-4606. He text back at 5:00 PM and informed me he would be on the way to my home with a ETA of 30 minutes. Continued to wait and wait, leaving text and voicemail messages. No replies from either him by phone or text. It is now 8:00 PM, and I'm writing this review in hopes he can read this review and steer others from making the mistake I made in placing my faith in this joke of a company.

If there was a way I could have given Gridlink Electric NEGATIVE Stars, I would have given them the maximum for WORST Customer Service!!!

A fabulous local electrician! We contacted Thomas because of the great reviews and discovered that our kids are in the same class. We were happy to support a local business, for one. But in addition, Thomas was from day one the consummate professional. He gave us a very fair and competitive estimate for the work we needed. Our home was built in the 50s and had hardly any hard wired lighting, only hot switches. We hired Gridlink to put up ceiling fans in our bedrooms, a light over our kitchen table, and recessed lighting in our living room. Thomas and his co-electrician came first thing in the morning and got to work immediately. They were professional, courteous, and clean. It took one day to complete our work. I will definitely use Gridlink again for any future electrician needs!! Support this wonderful local business!

Thomas and Gridlink Electric were amazing. Both Thomas (the owner) and his assistant were extremely professional, patient, and personable. They took the time to explain the process in fixing an outage (after troubleshooting) and replacing some defective smoke alarms in my condo. They cleaned up as they went. I was completely confident in their abilities from the outset. I would trust them to do ANYTHING electrical, and will never use anyone else. I was extremely relieved after they finished the job!

Thomas came over to my house in Livermore (built in 57') and expertly handled a problem bathroom fan, kitchen lights, and installed living room canned lights. He and his crew were personable and their prices are reasonable. Will definitely use them again for my old house and upgrades. Very good people.

I had Gridlink Electric grounded all outlets in my old Oakland home and also upgrade electric service to 125amp where a old fuses box were replaced with an up to date breaker box, Thomas the lead man is very Professionalism, on-time every time with his crew of 3 and knock out the job in 3 days which includes city required city permit & inspection, I was there the whole time with them and find these guys really know what they doing, fun and work without any pressure, their going rates are very competitive, I would use them again and highly recommend to anyone, keep it up guys! :)

GridLink Electric is an outstanding company. Thomas and his team came over and knocked out a project that other electricians said couldn't be done. He installed 4 can lights in my master bedroom that had no attic space, on top of that, no drywall repair needed to be done. They were extremely professional, did quality work, and I recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work.
