OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
We contacted Gregory Electric about installing Quiet Cool fans in our attic on the recommendation of a friend. Andrew Gregory immediately came out and gave us an estimate and the fans were installed a couple of days later. Our home has two wings with separate attics and Andrew recommended two different fans sized to properly cool each wing and attic. His crew arrived on time and had both fans installed in half a day. The crew told us how best to operate the system for optimal efficiency in our home's floor plan. The installers were very clean and neat to the point that we did not see a single speck of anything after they left. The fan controls are very easy to operate, sort of like a light switch. When we first turn the fans on in the evening, our home cools down to a very comfortable temperature in about 10 minutes. We operate the fans during the night and by morning our home is 69 or 70 degrees. Although daytime temperatures have been in the mid to high 90's, since we installed the fans, we have not used the air conditioners in either wing. As I'm writing this it is 2 PM and the house is cool, because after a few days of operation the fans cool down the attic and mass of the home. Therefore, walls and floors do not radiate heat which formerly had built up and was stored in the walls and floors. The fans cost only a fraction of the cost of air conditioning and I can tell we are already saving a lot of money. We are very pleased with our new Quiet Cool fan system and the service provided by Gregory Electric, which provides outstanding professional service.
