Called twice. Both times I was told someone would call back. 3 weeks later still nothing. So I called another electrician, had initial visit, received an estimate, had follow up visit to refine scope, and now starting work in 2 days. Maybe small residential projects are too beneath them. At least have the common courtesy to tell me you don't want my business.

Diamond certified apparently means nothing. I'm still trying to figure out how to give feedback to the diamond certified folks to correct their outstanding rating. I will continue trying, so that others don't waste their time.

As underwhelming my experience was with Integrity electric I can now say Greenwood Electric operates on a completely higher level of customer service. Technician was stuck in unusually bad traffic on the day of service but called in advance to let me know and still arrived on time. Perhaps the best thing of all was when the bill arrived it was 20% below estimate.

I had Greenwood Electric install my home charging station for my electric car. I purchased the charging station and pigtail myself and had them run the 8-3 wire from my electrical panel to my preferred installation location.

The quality was top notch, and the install job is clean and unobtrusive.

Customer service leaves a bit to be desired. The price quoted was $600, and I received an invoice for $706. Granted, at $95 per hour, one hour +/- could create a potential $200 swing. When questioning the total labor hours, my inquiry was met with hostility and discourse by the owner. Phrases like ""Pay whatever you want"" and ""Have a nice life"" were used.

In the end, the 4-star rating is due to the quality of the job. The 1-star penalty is due to their lack of customer etiquette. For anyone using Greenwood, if you have a question about the bill, whatever you do, call them, don't email them!

We would like to rate this business higher, but after multiple calls and a couple of emails, we were unable to get any work scheduled, because they consistently dropped the ball in getting back to us. They are Diamond Certified, which was the attraction.

I guess they don't want our business. Maybe they'll want yours?
