My team and I have over 20 years of experience in the construction field. We have experience in new home construction, remodels, additions, and commercial builds. Before establishing GW INC, we were all members of the carpenters' union.

While at church yesterday I received 26 full text messages from Cliff. ""Forgiving me"" for my not so honest review. Seriously?
I WOULD LIKE TO OMIT ONE THING IN ERROR ON MY PART. Apparently it was my husband who moved the armoire in the bedroom from the wall for Cliff to work behind. Cliff did NOT move it forward.
We already established that the previous work on the downstairs tv was done by an imbecile. I'm not really sure why you felt the need to reiterate that. You were asked if you could fix it, period. You stated the wall unit would need to be removed, etc. I stated the day you were here that I would pull it out myself and take out the blue junction box and have the area easily accessible for you upon your return. I did all that. Unlike the armoire, the wall unit downstairs (which was flimsily made by the same imbecile who did the bad wiring) can easily be ""walked"" out of it's place and pulled forward. Your reply made it appear as if this was going to be such a hhhhuge job with having to move the unit and the remaining junction box. It was already done for you by me as I stated I would have done and ready for you. Q: you're stating none of this (conversation) took place?
As far as the the downstairs tv goes. I'm sorry, but you are incorrect here. Your texts made it sound like it was an inconvenience that I asked you to put it back up on the wall. You removed= yes. You had to leave= yes. You were going to leave the tv on the couch until you came back= yes. At that point I stated ""it's Thursday and there's no way it can stay down and on the couch until next Tuesday"". I then simply stated to basically just put it back up (the way it was prior with hanging wires and all). Q: you're stating none of this took place?
As far as ""this is my livelihood you just messed with""...give me a break! If you notice, I never said the work itself was sub par. I said the tv's were up well and running as should be...in a nutshell what I basically state is that customer service could definitely use some work. You stood in my living room and stated you were in South Bay quite often, but now, all of a sudden, it's not an area of town you've been back to since my house? Q: you're stating you never said this to me?
Even with that, fine....but to not call and keep in contact? You simply vanished for at least a month. You'll call me when you're in the area again...exactly how long did you expect me to sit and wait?
You very well may have vacuumed the bedrooms, but the wood floor was a mess. I'm sure it didn't help the cause that they are dark wood. Unfortunately I cleaned those the day of and failed to take photos of.
You stated repeatedly that patches were $25, so this I knew to expect. I do not recall once you stating the size of your average patch, but you state you informed me. I'm still surprised a hole that size was required to fish. Yes, I do have photos of this. They are downloaded and at the top of the page for viewing.
Insulation in the closet from the attic. I'm also sure you're 100% correct that it is impossible to get rid of all the insulation that falls from this area. Yet, you were by no means the first person to ever enter the attic. There was never that much insulation left all over OR clothes off the rods (rods in need of repair or not) from previous workers.
As far as ""getting my facts straight"" in regard to the comment of multiple address and that you've moved. I'm not saying its a bad thing to move, especially with the way the economy has been. I'm just stating that if someone were to mail documentation to you...you've got three different address. Part of doing business is listing yourself current and accurately.
FTR, seriously, there is NO need to further contact me. Especially with 26 text messages.

Much, Much less expensive than we were quoted by other installers and electricians. Fast work, and great quality. Would highly recommend. WIll use again.
