David Ramirez is a top notch electrician! After recently buying a home that is...quirky to say the least , I wanted to update/replace lighting throughout the home, including the garage. I hired Green Dot, and am I happy with my decision. David and his employee, Ethan, were stupendous! I could not be happier with all aspects of his work. They were 1) on time, 2) communicative, 3) respectful, 4) clean, 5) helpful above and beyond the scope of the work. I have been taken advantage of time and time again with sloppy work, disregard for my things, but NOT in any manner with Green Dot. They were here when they said they would be, got right to work, didn't complain about going into attic on very hot days (I was concerned for them, but they got to it, accomplished the task, did not cause any upset, or upheaval), they did NOT take other calls while working, took an appropriate lunch break - I didn't have to call to see where they were, or worry about leaving my house (under renovation) a mess.
My new lighting is beautiful, positioned right where I wanted, and I am beyond satisfied, I am actually thrilled. This young man is a true professional, with a strong work ethic! He started on time, and finished on time with a friendly attitude. Frankly, I am going to miss him and Ethan! I sincerely wish him every success, he deserves it. Thank you David and Ethan! I could not be happier!

He was very responsive with my request originally. He didn't actually quote the project before showing up. He was very fast in response but definitely not cheap. He replaced the outdoor light switch with dimmer, he bought some bulbs for the lighting fixture. He charged me $300 for the job. The actual replacement of the switch is done in 15 mins.

I was shocked with the price, but granted I didn't ask for the quote before he showed up. Lesson learned there.

I asked him to provide a copy of invoice , receipt, after he left. He just simply ignored me.

I will say the parts and the bulb should. Probably be about $50 dollars.

So the job itself is $250. You guys can be the judge of that's worth it. He is super fast I ll give him that, overall not money well spent.

Highly recommend! We needed an EV charger installed and David (I think he's the owner?) was incredibly responsive from the start. We had so many questions and he responded back almost immediately. Even on a weekend. He was able to get in to do the install really quickly and very straightforward on pricing. Everything looks great. So far, everything is working as it should so no complaints here.

Green Top responded quickly and came to give an estimate the next day. David Ramirez helped us through decisions about modernizing to LED and helped us understand the savings, the ease of no bulbs to change for many years, and the option in most cases to have a dimmer switch if the household had various preferences about brightness. He replaced our outdoor security lights, indoor entry and kitchen lights, and garage lights. I was very happy to see that through either dimmer or placement of fixture, the light could be adjusted to warm-ambient (very close to ""old school"" spectrum) and my husband was happy to have the option to dial up to working under very bright light needed for detail work. David went way above and beyond to get us just exactly what we wanted - even shopping stores and adjusting fixtures to meet our mobility needs.

David is amazing. Called last minute about a spa installation due to a surprised scheduled delivery with a six hour delivery window. Right away David offered to come by within the hour to prepare the site so when spa arrives he can quickly get it installed. just like that David came back with in the hour of my call and wired the spa up safely then offered to help me fill it and shared some of his knowledge with me. David is an experienced honest electrician and I will only call him for my electrical needs. Me and my family thank you!
