Right from the jump I was happy I went with Jorge at Green Star Electric! Needed an electrical repair, and I called him around 10am and he told me he had an open window from 4-6pm same day! He came thru around 4:30 and even made sure to call us before he arrived. Don't really know what was wrong with my electricals but jorge did some wiring and re-wiring! After an hour of him showing, my lights were back to working normal. Told me to call him back if there's any future issues. Great customer service

Jorge responded immediately on the weekend, and was able to send his technician Juan out early Monday to replace three (3) GFCI outlets that were damaged by a water pipe leak in our kitchen. Rapid and thorough service for even such a fairly straightforward job was truly appreciated, as it is a pacing item to repairing the other water damage to walls and cabinetry in our home. Very pleased with the work and the pricing was fair.

Highly recommended from my next door neighbors! Requested a quote and got answer right away, I was inquiring about getting two recessed lights installed in the living room and in our open area open upstairs along with a outlet install in one of the bathrooms. When we agreed on the price which was well within our budget and looking at other quotes it was competitive against others we knew we were working with an electrician we would use for years to come! Happy I got the chance to work with green star electric, I did my online research, getting estimates and finally reaching to green star electric because of how kind and professional Jorge was over the phone. Told them the problem with my light bulbs and how I went thru so many just to find out maybe it was an electrical problem. He said that was most likely the case. Green star electric sent out Chris who came to look at the problem and immediately knew what was the issue. They noticed the holder was completely depleted which made a lot of sense cause I've been in this house for 10 years and never really got my electrics replaced. Green Star provided super excellent service when my main breaker went down in Inglewood. They were very responsive - Chris and Juan came out on a Saturday to check my issue, arrived right when they said they were going to and sourced the needed part that day, and were available to come back that day, but my community can be sticky with rules so I chose to have them come fix it on Monday. Juan was here first thing Monday morning making the repair, with Jorge helping troubleshoot over the phone. It was a complex issue and they stayed on the job until the repair was complete, testing everything, and communicating everything with me. They're on my speed dial now - - Thanks very much!!

I originally contacted Green Star when I had a circuit breaker fail. They came out the same day to replace. They saw that the bus bar on the panel was damaged so I decided to have them bid on installing a 200 amp panel so we could install solar panels also. Jorge has been working with me and the solar company for a couple of months. They have recently completed the new panel installation. Their work is excellent for a fair price. They showed up when they said they would and completed the work in the time stated. Jorge responds when contacted. I would highly recommend them also as others have stated.

I had another contractor that failed city inspections multiple times. Green Star Electric gave a fair and reasonable estimate to bring project up to code. They showed up when they said and completed the work in one day. They showed up for the final inspection and walked the city inspector through the repairs. The electricians, Chris and Juan came out an hour after we called. They checked everything thoroughly to determine why 2 lights in our bathroom had no power. Happy to say they found the issue and fixed the problem. They were both very capable electricians and personable. We will call them whenever we have an electrical question or problem in the future. Jorge was very responsive in returning my request for quote. He offered not only a reasonably fair price but also a prompt work schedule. I found him quite honest and responsible.

I truly appreciated Eric Hernandez and his assistant who performed all the work very efficiently and very thoroughly. The cleanup after the job was also good. Eric was very knowledgeable in his work, a great communicator and very responsive in meeting client's needs.

Overall I was very satisfied with Green Star Electric and will not hesitate to hire them again when needed. I highly recommend the company in all aspects of electrical work.

Green Star Electric is the best! I called two days ago and Jorge answered the phone right away. He sent two of his guys (who were super polite) to our house for a quote. They told me they would be able to start the job right away instead of making me wait. We had a gate doorbell fixed along with two garage lights. His guys had no problem going to the store and buying the lights for us. They were in and out quickly and cleaned up after themselves. And the best part was the price. We had a quote from someone else come in double to what Green Star did it for.
