Hello,
I am a South Bay native, I have accumulated over 15 years of experience in the construction field. I kicked off my professional path working weekends with my father, an electrician. This role instilled in me the value of hard work and commitment to quality. After school, I entered the property management sector and handled a community of 80 rental units, overseeing renovations, repairs, and vendor relations.
I began working for a large home builder in California in 2004, where I climbed the ranks to become Assistant Superintendent. Our team was responsible for constructing over 500 homes, delivering quality homes consistently.
My aspiration to get my contractor's license and start my own company has been with me for many years. I am passionate about my work and am devoted to making sure my customers are entirely pleased with the quality and timeliness of our services.

Franco Z.I hired Eric from Green Hut Builders to install a CCTV security system.
He came did his job, and put in two more cables for the cameras, I had not received at the time of installation. I contacted Eric after I received the two other cameras to schedule installation. I also requested quotes for the remodeling of two bathrooms.
Eric re-scheduled me two times, since he could not make it. At the third appointment scheduled for 09/21/16 at 9:30 A.M. Eric texted me at 9:33 A.M. that he is at the Home Depot, grabbing some items, and that he will be here shortly. He never showed up!
All me follow up texts and phone messages had never been answered.
I still have the text history to prove it.
Not to mention, that I had to take of time from work every time to be at the house.
And no, I don't get paid sitting at home.
I recommend to stay away form a such unreliable company.
