Eric from Green Electric Solutions came out to give me a quote...the only positive, it was same day, although I think that was the savvy receptionist and not the worker.

He briefly looked things over at the house and told me that in his expert opinion knob and tube wiring doesn't go bad. It was obvious he didn't take it seriously and I have an inkling there was some outright misogyny there.

So, his company is out $5k bucks for potential work and I get to write this jerk a nasty review. I am copying and pasting so you can see what this ""professional"" wrote as an estimate.

New moms called me the other night to help with blown fuse circuit breaker. The breaker would not reset and had to be replaced. They could not wait till morning because of heat in new born room. They unfortunately called this company. They were quoted $100 to come diagnose problem. The guy came and replaced the breaker which took 10 minutes. Total time on the job, 30 minutes. Total charge for the service, $440! Reading the other reviews this company seems to charge based on not the job, but how much the customer is willing to pay. If you decide to call, make sure you get an upfront quote and beware of this business as usual practice. Taking advantage of new moms is not the way to run a business. Do the right thing.

Pretty straight forward. Sergio came in installed some dimmers made some good recommendations on the fan that was installed in our bedroom and daughters bathroom. Overall great customer service and very professional.

I called these guys because I lost power to half my house due to blown fuses that I couldn't get back on. When they came out I had half power to the house including the fridge still. They tried shutting all the breakers off and on for about 5 minutes and said I needed a whole new panel. At the time they left they couldn't get ANY power back on my house leaving my fridge and all lights off. I could tell they were unfamiliar with my old panel so I just let them go even with all my food getting ready to spoil. I called a different electrician who spent about 15 minutes going slower and got everything turned back on. Luckily I had the means and time to get a second electrician back out. 3 weeks later everything is still back on while we assess our plan to fix the panel long term.

On the positive they are quick and give free estimates but the fact that they left the house in worse shape when they arrived definitely AVOID!

The electrician Ignacio was very nice and helpful. We called Green Electric for some help with an electrical socket that we were having issues with. He was able to find the problem and fix it in no problem. Cool guys and they do the job quickly. Thanks guys, appreciate it!

The only reason gave 2 stars - arrived on a short notice very first time, however electrician identified breaker needs to be replaced and charged $275 to replace the breaker, which actually costs ~$40 (checked multiple sites online for exact breaker). Unless its $200 for 30min work, kind of expensive me thinks ...

There were more issues we had in nearby building on the same property and he promised to come back or call day later, he never did. So I contacted company again and electrician was arranged day later, same guy, same story though, charged $300 to replace another breaker. When I emailed manager regards this, I was told electrician will email me a breakdown what was done. Still nothing.

Avoid avoid avoid, not honest company at all. Even though electrician called me and explained how he did way more work and never charged us ... yes long story short 2 breakers replaced , that cost ~100 and we paid $575... electrician for $200/hr, no thank you

I'm really happy with the job GES did. I just needed an outlet installed above a fireplace for a wall mount TV. They came out same day to give an estimate, and I liked the price so much that they were able to do the job right there and then. They even went above and beyond and setup a fishing wire I can use to pull the HDMI cords through when I'm ready to install the TV at no extra cost. They really did an amazing job, Thank you!
