Yesterday, one of the outlets in the upstairs bedroom of the house blew out and it knocked out the circuit breaker for the lighting and electrical in that part of the house. Joe Sepian from Green Electric Solar Solutions came out today (4/21) to troubleshoot and fix the problem. He replaced the outlet and the old circuit breaker in less than 20 minutes. He was very professional, kind, knowledgeable and fast at work. I definitely plan on using Green Electric for any of my future electrical needs. Thank you Joe! Also, the two ladies on the customer service phone line, Julie and Shay were very courteous and helpful in the scheduling and confirmation of the service order. In this day and age of post-pandemic, it is nice to find very kind people and businesses like Green Electric and their staff to be so helpful and understanding in your time of need.

So it's Saturday and my circuit breaker went out and I had absolutely no electricity. Called green electric solution they set up an appointment from 4 to 6 and then I got a call at around two that the guy was on the way. Juan was the absolute best guy electrician ever. He explained what he was doing he offered a couple solutions one of which I chose the option to just take care of the immediate need and he was very pleasant very thorough and I would recommend this company for anything that you need electrical wise.

Today I had the pleasure of welcoming Christian the electrician into our home. He came out to provide a quote and literally within moments of our introduction he was installing the attic fan, ran the electrical wiring and installed an accessible kill switch in our home.

Not only was the pricing on point, but the quality of the installation and the professionalism Christian provided was so far beyond expectation.

My husband and I were so impressed with Christian, not only are we having him do another installation, but we are going to do a panel upgrade, have wiring installed into our workshop and looking into having solar installed.

Literally the pricing is beyond reasonable, the work exceptional, but the transparency, kindness and courtesy shown to us was a breath of fresh air.

I needed electrical rewiring/upgrade to my home. I contacted a couple of other electricians for quotes. Although I received quotes higher and lower than what I received from this company (and it was in written on a professional draft contract), I went with this company. The work Juan O. quoted me he would do was above and beyond the other quotes I received. He and his associate were very friendly, open and honest. They arrived at or near the scheduled time they said they would be at my home. With twin toddler grandkids, my mom, my son, two dogs and myself working from home, they were able to work around all the commotion going on. I appreciate their hard work and labor and recommend this company, more specifically Juan O. to do your work.

Gonzalo Alferez, a licensed electrician from Green Electric Solar Solutions, (619) 867-5733, is now our electrician. We had an emergency partial power outage at about 1:30 am this morning (Wed, May 13, 2020) that cut off power to our refrigerator and freezer along with some less critical circuits. When I talked to Gonzalo at 2:30 am, he suggested that we would save the money of an emergency visit if he came at 7:00 am instead of immediately and he would be able to diagnose the problem much more quickly in the light of day. We agreed and much to our pleasant surprise, he arrived a half-hour early, at 6:30 am. He diagnosed the problem within a half-hour and fixed it. We mentioned a worry that we had about a circuit panel that was 30 years old; he quoted an extremely fair price to replace it and he did that by 9:00 am, including going and getting the parts. Gonzalo Alferez is the consummate professional; he explained each thing to us in non-technical language that we could easily understand; he did exactly what he said he would do when he promised it would be done. We now have an electrician that we trust and we wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in the area who needs high-quality work at a fair price.

We had them come over to give a free estimate on what ended up being a broken breaker. The guy showed up and told me that we probably needed to get four different breakers replaced and it would cost $1200 and take an hour. After declining, the guy offers to do only the broken one for $270. We declined again, especially since we only needed the broken one fixed and the guy didn't mention that till right then. The next day our friend's handyman comes over an fixes it in less than 5 minutes and for less than $50. After this experience, I would never consider using this company. Save your time and money! Choose another electrician!

Seems I had a complete opposite experience. Way over priced and had to have someone else come out and fix what Rene did. Paid about $1,000 for a job that should of been $500. Was tricked into thinking a lot more work was being done and he wanted to charge more after I called to have him come back out to fix what he messed up. I totally do not recommend and partially was my fault for not seeking multiple quotes like I normally do. Was to impatient and maybe he saw that. He was nice the entire time but totally conned me.

The electrician Joe Sepian was completely unprofessional to me on the phone. I have text messages from him saying that I can go F myself and other foul explicits. I would advise you not to go with this company. I'm beyond flabbergasted at the level of professionalism this company displays. I will be calling the office tomorrow morning to sort this out with the management team.

I pulled the chain to turn on my ceiling fan and SPARKS flew!! I went into panic mode when I smelled burning electric/plastic. The first company I called went to voicemail, the second could schedule me in two days... Green Electric customer service first calmed me down and assured me someone would be to my house within two hours. (Our Shining Star) Kevin arrived, completely solved the problem, explained thoroughly and repaired it. Kudos to Green Electric for Excellent Customer Service, knowledgable, honest and friendly service technicians and a price that was definitely fair. Thank you Kevin, you are a friend for life!
