No show! So, I rearranged my Sunday schedule and after waiting 2 hours past my appointment time for an electrician to arrive I decided to call their office. Evidently the person that I spoke to originally either never entered my info into the system or their system some how ""lost it""as the second rep explained. In addition, the customer service by both reps was very poor and I had a feeling that I never should have gave them a shot the first place. There's a lot of great electricians in San Diego... Don't waste your time with these guys.

So I called around to get quotes for an upgrade to my house and to have it grounded. The first guy I called was a ""no show"". I called Green Electric Solutions and they had a guy out by 4:00 P.M.. The guy never came into the house, but he seemed irritated upon arrival. ""What's up! What's the problem? What do you need?"" Speaking loudly, like he just came from a concert. I told him what I wanted to do. He then said, I did not need my house to be grounded. Nor did I need an upgrade. He said if I have issues he can come in and look at it, but my house didn't need what I was asking for. I had not read Yelp reviews on this company before calling. I wish I had. I would have saved myself some time, and this loud talking rude no it all a trip! Maybe if he weren't so ""why don't you know this"" I would have taken his comments with ease. He just was extremely barbaric! This company should truly ""polish"" up their workers mannerisms. I am NOT an electrician DUDE! That's why you were called!

It looked like a simple job, but they said that they would need to come out to look at it to evaluate it and that it would be a ""free estimate"". They don't give estimates over email or phone. Scheduled appointment to go over scope and what was wrong. They came and as I was explaining issues to them, they started working on stuff and fixed it right then...simple, as I expected. However, I felt cheated afterwards as they gave me a bill for coming out to troubleshoot the issues....came out to $140. Just thought that it was low for them to come out for a ""free estimate"", but wound up having to pay for them to do the job at such a high price without choice. They failed to say that they charge $120 minimum just to come out to see you before I made the appointment....only once I got there. And this is all they did: flipped a switch on the secondary breaker, changing out an outlet (that probably didn't need to be changed), and screwed in a cap (non-electrical). Don't be fooled.

Called in advance for a simple 5 minute job. Said there would be no fee. Arrived and said they need a $2000 deposit to investigate! Didn't complete the simple task. Fraud!

We called green electric because we were having issues with our gfci outlet. They sent an electrician who was very nice and he helped us replace the outlet and add a few additional outlets for our home. Overall we had a great experience using green electric and definitely plan on using them again. You can't go wrong with these guys!

Green electric was great! Our Escondido home needed rewiring and we wanted to add additional lighting fixtures inside and outside. They arrived at our home on time and talked us through exactly what they were going to be doing. They made sure we understood the entire process and were comfortable with everything before they began. Their electrician, Steven was very knowledgeable and helpful. The lights that they installed were great and they also upgraded our circuit breaker free of charge. Definitely our new favorite San Diego electrician, we fully recommend green electric solutions. Their prices were also very affordable.

Green electric helped us install several new ceiling fans in our living room and replaced 4 recessed lights in our den. We also had them help us to add several new floodlights outside of our garage. Edward, the electrician they sent to our home was very helpful and gave us advice on what our best options were. We are very happy with the services that they provided and will be using them again. They also gave a very reasonable price for the amount of work that had to be done. Definitely our new favorite san diego electrician A+!

As far as I'm concerned, this is my go-to electrician, and I wouldn't dream of using anyone else!

This technician from Green Electric Solutions showed up in a very clean professional work truck and presented me a business card at the door. I showed him where I had lost power to half of the kitchen, and he pulled out this high-tech testing equipment and found the problem within twenty minutes and only charged me $89.50. I was very pleased with the training and professionalism of this electrician.
