I used a local service company for a furnace problem, and after 6 weeks & $3000, they could not fix it and wanted another $5000 for a new 2 stage heater (much lower capability than my system). I decided to contact Green Air who originally installed my furnace, and they sent Ben (service tech) who was able to troubleshoot the problem and have it up & running in 20 minutes. I was even able to get $1500 from the other company as the original blower was never the problem. Appreciate the great support from Ben and Bryan to troubleshoot the problem and save me from a major investment that was not needed. Thank you!

DO NOT USE!!! This company is the worst i have done business with in years. they installed two all heater in two year and have been to my house about 20 times. they don't call , they don't fix things, they only make things worse and the refuse to repair the messes they create. it is terrible. now i have a very dangerous situation with my heater and they refuse to do a thing.

I chose Green air and Solar to do a solar install. Nick, the owner, is very attentive until you sign the contract, and then he's MIA. I've had nothing but problems from the install date to the billing. Instead of communication, there is just blame at the client. I would not recommend this company.

DO NOT USE. As I write this review, my house has no power despite no PG&E outage, and $50k worth of solar panels and powerwalls that are not working and are somehow also keeping my house off the PG&E grid. I am a member of their ""membership maintenance"" club and I cannot reach them. They have no working phones on the weekend. This is beyond outrageous. I paid $40k in CASH for 3 powerwalls that are at capacity but aren't working and the company provides no emergency contact. Screw you Nick. Reporting them to BBB

Nick installed a Raidiant system for us 8 years ago brand new. I have been fixing the problems with it ever since. arrogant and incompetent are the only words that can describe my experience. Avoid at all cost.

I just want to stop and appreciate this business. I can't say that I have done business with this business , but what I can say is ...

I was just at my local barbershop. And I watch the man that worked for this company get his haircut and engage with his son, while he was giving great words of wisdom and cracking jokes with his son at the barbershop.

On his way out, he mentioned to the barber that he was paying for him his son and me, a complete stranger to him. This random act of kindness made my day, and this is the type of people that I would like to do business with. I am certain that if this man walks around his daily life and carries himself this way, that he treat his clients even better.
