James M.Terrible. Made me wait a week to come to my home and didn't show up or even call. When I called they said they will be the next day, never called or showed up, then said they will call when ready. I called on the two week mark and they said it will be some time next week and they would call.
They never called me once, I always had to call them to ask what was going on. They are completely unprofessional and don't care at all about my time or my business.
If you want terrible customer service, days and days of wasting your time, and a lack of just common courtesy, then call them and they will do their best to totally ignore you, blow you off, and make you feel like you where being used for amusement.
